The daily journal is the mirror for self –knowledge

It was not easy for the greatest thinkers and philosophers to understand, the human mysteries and to learn about their secrets, In spite of all religious, psychological, anatomical and many scientific studies threw the history of the human race.
It is very obvious that the uniqueness of the human being among other forms of earth s life and their ability to think, imagine, dream, create, and learn from different experiences that far exceeds of any other species, could be the reason´-or-reasons for all of that.
Interestingly some of the thinkers, philosophers, and scientists spent their whole life to get to the result of a single comprehensive and complete self-knowledge. The most famous one of these is the Greek philosopher” Socrates”, who confined his journey in this famous form “To know yourself by yourself”.
Clearly this philosophical form cannot be completed without writing a daily journal to help discover things about our self’s and to explore thoughts that we recognize every single day.
It is very clear that putting down memories in a daily journal has a magical way of translating invisible thoughts into tangible ideas. So it is easier to start this mission by expressing our self’s, and to get to know it better, because when your heart speaks, it can easily says a lot of truth about yourself. So that is why when you put your hopes and dreams down in the paper, eventually you turn them into goals and achieve the understanding of self by learning how to listen to yourself and to become self-aware, by keeping a simple stream of consciousness that can help you recognize your inner voice and respond to it.
