Mr. Hazem Ksouri, Lawyer, is of the opinion that the still security measures are aimed to dismantle and weaken the state and calls for the creation of a security device capable of acting for the prevention of terrorism.together with a more efficient control arms law.

Mr. Hazem Ksouri for the accused and indicted security guard Moez Melliti of failing to his duties during the terrorist attack, that targeted the Bardo Museum, confirms that his client does not have the necessary qualifications of a scientific as well as the professional certificates and training which would enable him to cope with terrorists.

Mr. Ksouri stressed that Melliti has not been trained on how to deal with terrorists as it was the case and that the guard did not go to a coffee shop to buy a bottle of water and then to a walk, but that his client did his duty by reporting to the operating room -dir-ectly when he saw two suspects entering the museum.

The lawyer also added that all research and inquiries on this file, make sure that Melliti has absolutely no relationship with the terrorist defendants appearing from the prosecutor s investigations and that all the phone calls of the accused not have any connection with the terrorist attack.
