Do social relationships matter that much ?

Social relationships are very momentous for us as human being since we are social beings .. and that loneliness kills.. it consumes the energy inherited in brain and psyche.. it paralyses the ambitions and destroys the joy of life ..
the social connections build a real and a strong bridge between our inner quest and our anticipations from life .for that reason , people who are always in touch with their families , friends , neighbors and all surroundings are happier and healthier than those who are alone , introverted and separated from such intimate connections..
we need to be heard , to be seen , to be known, to be recognized especially from the people who surround us in our daily life ..we seek considerations from the other ..this consideration is what makes us feel self-esteem and self-appreciated and it is what makes our life bearable and worth-lived..
on the other side , the experience of loneliness turns out to be toxic , so hard even heavy for a soul to get over it ..it brings within it the feeling of being lost in an absurd world ..it is like the feeling you get once you loose your map in a wide jungle´-or-a desert .
those who are isolated from social communities get huge trouble facing their instinct that pushes them all the time to liberate it ...they are going in the upstream ..
the quality of relation you have made is also matter in this context because being in a conflict with your surroundings is really bad for your health mental , phisical and pshycological since they are all interconnected ..a marriage without a mutual love and affection may turn out to be much worse and boring than divorce itself. whereas a perfect marriage may be ideal in enriching the essence of life in both souls ..for that living in the midst of good warmth relatioship would be protective ..
in brief , the social side plays a great part in shaping and forming the quality of our life , for that reason it is not sufficent to build a certain relationship but what matters most is how deep these relationship is gonna be and how long it may last ..
social connection even tackles the mood of people , it improves our mental logical vision to everything around us.. it keeps us well-protected from the obstacles they encounter us in life ..it strengthens the soul and backs up the super-ego..
it is really hard to live without support from people..without relying on people ..without being loved ..without caring about those who are under our responsibity ..without mobilization and motivation..
if you ask about what are the things that make people happy and satisfied , they would say ..money , fame, hard work high achievement , ..etc but in fact stasticts prove that people who care a lot about others , spending their lives in helping them and dedicating their time and effort for the security and the happiness of others, are usually the most satisfied among all..
So with no doubt , each of us depends on the other either we confess it´-or-we deny it . However, those who strive hard to reconciliate with themselves admit that the secret of happiness lies in making others happy doing them favors , supporting them financially´-or-morally , smiling at them, teaching them giving charity...etc " ..for that reason the upper hand is better than the lower hand , because the upper one provides and the lower receives , in this meaning giving affection to others is a sign for success while receiving it is a sign of failure to some extent..
he who provides more is the one who wins twice , he wins himself because he defeats his war against egoism and greed and he wins the other because he serves him ..
people who live a good life are those who build strong relatioship with family a relashionship that is caracterised with love , cooperration and tolerance ..
those who do not hide their feelings and keep it beneath their souls with no outlet ..those who share what they think with others.. those who live for others and not for themselves ..
