- The virus is generally transmitted through -dir-ect contact with the fabrics, surfaces,´-or-materials in which it is located, thus the need to wash hands.
The virus stays on our hands for ten minutes, but during this time, many things can happen, such as rubbing your eyes and touching your nose, this allows the virus to enter your throat. Therefore, for our own good and for the good of all, we wash our hands often´-or-purify them.
You can also gargle using antiseptic solutions that remove´-or-reduce the amount of virus that can enter the throat, which it destroys before it enters the trachea and then into the lungs.
- You must disinfect your keyboard and mouse on your computers, mobile phones and driving wheels in our cars, ....
- The new coronavirus may not show signs of infection for several days, and before that it is not possible to know if a person is infected. But by the time you have a fever´-or-cough and go to the hospital, your lungs are 50% fibrous, and by that time it s too late.
Experts suggest a simple examination every morning: take a deep breath (inhale) and hold it for ten seconds. If this is done, without coughing, without difficulty´-or-malaise, etc., this indicates that there is no fibrosis in the lungs, indicating the absence of infection. It is necessary at these critical times to perform this examination every morning in clean air.
We must all make sure that our mouth and throat are always wet. You should drink a sip of water at least every 15 minutes because, even if the virus enters you through the mouth, water´-or-other fluids, it will pass through the esophagus, -dir-ectly to the stomach where the acidic acids destroy the virus. If you do not drink enough water regularly, the virus can enter the trachea and from there to the lungs, this is very dangerous.
- The virus first settles in the throat causing inflammation and a feeling of dehydration and this symptom can last between 3 and 4 days, then the virus passes through the moisture in the respiratory system, descends to the trachea and settles in the lungs, causing pneumonia that lasts for 5´-or-6 days. Pneumonia appears as a high fever and difficulty breathing. It is not accompanied by classic cold, but there may be a feeling of suffocation. In this case, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Coronavirus infection does not cause a common cold´-or-cough with a cold, but a dry and severe cough is the easiest to distinguish.
  - The virus does not resist heat and dies if exposed to temperatures above 26-27 degrees, so we must consume during the day hot drinks and avoid drinking ice water´-or-drinks with ice.
Coronavirus has a large size (400 to 500 nanometers in diameter) so that any mask can stop it, and private masks are not necessary in everyday life.
  - The situation is different for doctors and medical staff who are exposed to heavy loads of the virus and therefore special equipment must be used.
  - If an infected person sneezes in front of us three meters away, the virus will fall to the ground, thus the need to respect the principle of distance.
  - When the virus is present on metal surfaces, it stays for about 12 hours, thus respecting the principle that avoids touching as much of the metal surface as possible such as doors, devices, transport ladders, etc.
The virus can coexist on clothes and fabrics from 6 to 12 hours. Common detergents can wipe them out. Also, things that cannot be washed daily must be exposed to sunlight by which the virus dies.
