In a strange and strange study, "Dogs Can Diagnose You". The sweat was taken from the armpits with covid, and surprisingly, some dogs were able to identify the infected person by smelling the odor 100% by inhaling the axillary sweat samples.
Imagine whatever someone with an infected dog passes barking, indicating that this person is infected with positive COVID-19.
The aim of this study was to assess whether the sweat produced by COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2 PCR is positive) had a different odor for trained sweat detection dogs caused by persons other than COVID-19. The study was conducted on several sites, and included a total of 18 dogs. 198 sweat samples from the armpit were obtained from different hospitals. For each participating dog, obtaining the specific odor of COVID-19 sweat samples requires one to four hours of sweat, and explosive detection dogs.
The success rates for dogs in finding the positive sample differed significantly from the success rate that could be obtained by chance alone.
We conclude that there is very high evidence that there is an underarms sweat odor of COVID-19 in infected people, and that dogs can detect a person with the SARV-CoV-2 virus.
