When Will the COVID-19 pandemic end

The Covid-19 epidemic will continue to increase, spread, injuries and deaths in high and low waves until scientists reach a critical effective drug, serum´-or-vaccine against the virus. Since the outbreak of the new COVID-2 Corona virus in the world, turning into a pandemic of COVID-19 threatening the population of the whole world, this has negatively affected the performance of all stock exchanges in the world through more losses, loss of investments, job opportunities and more unemployment. Since then, citizens and before them have been waiting for a decisive solution that reassures humans in the face of their new viral enemy.
The news coming from scientists in various universities, pharmaceutical companies, and research laboratories from east to west is conflicting, some talk about a vaccine that cannot be adopted at least a year ago, while others said that there are promising drugs in fighting the disease, while a third category hinted at sera.
To understand all of this, we must first know the concept of both medicine and serum and vaccine, and know how each of them works and which are most important in combating diseases, especially epidemiology.

First, the drug is a chemical compound that can be used´-or-given to humans to help treat´-or-alleviate an illness´-or-other abnormal condition.
The US Food and Drug Administration defines "medication" as the substance´-or-recipes needed in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of human and animal diseases by affecting body -function-s.
Development of treatment takes several stages, which may take a long time, and begins with the necessary research to study the pathogens and symptoms resulting from infection, then test the chemicals that use to treat the disease.
The next stage is animal testing of the drug, and if these tests did not show any damages as a result of using the medicine, then the company´-or-laboratory submits a request to the competent authority for approval to start human trials.
Human experiences are divided into several stages as well, in which each stage a larger group of volunteers is used to measure the drug and know the side effects. The order ends up requesting approval of the drug and the start of its distribution.
For drugs that some doctors tend to use in the fight against "Covid 19", and drugs previously licensed but not intended primarily to eliminate the emerging corona virus, as a partial effectiveness in combating it.
In short, the application of these drugs partial success in treating some of the symptoms caused by the virus which relieves patients a little, and protects them from the deterioration of their health, but it is drugs that are not permanently approved in the treatment of COVID-19 may have incomprehensible effects so far on humans.

Secondly, the serum is antibodies to a specific disease, which are prepared by extracting from the human´-or-animal they have formed until they need it.
Sera are used for therapeutic purposes,´-or-for rapid prevention, but for a short period of days, weeks. Serum is a blood product, plasma, which contains antibodies.
Rapid use may give the serum an edge over the time-consuming vaccine that creates antibodies and defends the body against the disease, and also may mean that it is better than the drug because it creates antagonists against a specific disease that keeps the body from seeking medication in some cases.
But it lasts for a short period so it will be effective in containing diseases, especially those epidemics that are widespread and threatening many people, and here comes the vaccine as a more effective solution.
It uses the indication that the serum is used as a therapeutic solution, in the sense that it plays a role similar to the drug, and is given to the already infected patient, and is not a preventive solution such as a vaccine that forms a proactive defense system to counteract the potential danger.

Third, the vaccine contains the same vaccines that cause the disease to be controlled (for example, the measles vaccine contains the measles virus), but it is treated in the laboratory to weaken it to the point that the person who gets it does not have the disease.
The vaccine stimulates the human immune system, enabling it to produce antibodies, just as if it had previously contracted the disease without suffering severe symptoms. This makes vaccines the strongest solution to disease control, unlike most drugs that treat the body from disease and symptoms, vaccines prevent infection from the ground up.
Therefore, the vaccine is one of the most effective ways to prevent diseases, as it helps the immune system in the body to identify pathogens such as viruses´-or-bacteria and control them, which preserves human safety from diseases.
The vaccine may take 10 to 15 days to stimulate the body to produce antibodies, which is what is known in the immune world as it is slow, but the most important gain is that the producing bodies have been present for a long time-;- Some remain for a year´-or-three years and even throughout life, they can make the vaccine not sing.
Vaccines protect against more than 25 debilitating´-or-life-threatening diseases, including measles, polio, tetanus, diphtheria, meningitis, influenza, tetanus, typhoid and cervical cancer.
This does not necessarily mean that vaccines are the magic wand´-or-the only solution to combat the SK list, but for everything that is used, until the vaccine for this virus is produced, it may be worthwhile to use some other medicine to mitigate the effects of infection.
Likewise, if a new vaccine´-or-drug is developed before a vaccine is reached (the three of them need time to develop and go through roughly the same stages indicated above), this will contribute a lot to alleviating patients and containing the epidemic, but the scientists ’bet in ending the current state remains linked to the development of the vaccine.
