What is your attitude to criticism? Do you consider it evil and do not accept it in any way´-or-maybe you think it’s good, and with pleasure take something useful for yourself from it?
But let s think about why criticism is so disliked, why it is so bad, is it always EVIL,´-or-can it be used to your advantage for good?
Criticism can be different, and it can be treated differently. It can give us a great opportunity to develop, move forward, improve ourselves, reach a new level of professionalism´-or-switch to another quality of relationships. However, at the same time, criticism carries many dangers for a person from a slight resentment to a real inferiority complex .
It is not worth criticizing others-;- do this only in exceptional cases and without “witnesses”. Few people change after criticisms of them. Therefore, before criticizing´-or-scolding someone, just help him. Criticize actions, not personality.

Dale Carnegie said criticism is often a disguised compliment. And in most cases this is true. If someone criticizes your article, expressing to it by no means flattering comments, this already means that the person is interested in you and your work.
during criticism, certain rules and behaviors must be followed :
-Be guided by reason, not feelings
-Be calm and don t let the other person s words annoy you
Whoever we work, no matter what step of the social ladder we occupy, they will still criticize, scold and condemn us. Therefore, if you want to succeed in life, to be healthy and happy, you must learn to react correctly and relate to criticism. Only he who does nothing is not mistaken, there is no ideal person in the world, we all strive for the ideal and the most correct way to that is to constantly work on yourself , " self-education " .
sometimes criticism is a compliment , is understandable and sufficient , Who does not understand, then it is not given .
