روزا لوكسمبورغ «1871-1919» أول امرأة بدأت النضال ضد ما يسمى الآن «الشوفينية اللغوية » وأصبحت مؤسسة «اللغة السياسية الصحيحة» إنها بولندية المولد أسست الحزب الاشتراكي البولندي وكانت ناشطة في الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي الألماني. روزا لوكسمبورغ كتبت القليل عن الحركات النسائية وعن حقوق المرأة لأنها كانت تعتبر التفريق بين الناس حسب الجنس في المجال الاجتماعي يعتبر إهانة للشخصية الإنسانية بشكل عام.
في خطابها ورسائلها وكتبها التي ألفتها كانت المرأة الأولى التي لم تستخدم كلمة «بطلة، شاعرة، كاتبة، قائدة، (r)(r)(r). الخ». في الحقيقة ان روزا لم تمارس إعادة تشكيل اللغة وكان النضال من أجل حقوق المرأة عندها يأتي في المرتبة الثانية بعد النضال من أجل مستقبل مشرق للبروليتاريا العالمية. في عام 1919 تم قتلها مع كارل ليبنخت رفيقها في النضال ومن ثم أخذت مجموعة أخرى على عاتقها الاستمرار في هذا النهج وهو اللغة السياسية الصحيحة لكنهم فهموا بعد فترة قليلة بأن روزا كانت تسير في طريق غير صحيح .

تزعمت مع كارل ليبكنخت الجناح الراديكالي من الحزب الديمقراطي الاشتراكي الألماني وعارضت الحرب العالمية الأولى عارضت نظرية لينين حول كون الحزب الشيوعي أداة البروليتاريا المطلقة لتحقيق دكتاتورية البروليتاريا على أساس أن ذلك يفسدالديمقراطية والتي اعتبرتها الوسيلة الوحيدة لتحقيق حكم البروليتاريا. كما عارضت نظرية لينين في حق القوميات في تقرير مصيرها.
أسست مع ليبكنخت "عصبة سبارتاكوس" عام 1916التي شكلت بعد سنتين نواة الحزب الشيوعي الألماني وكتبت برنامجه بنفسها. استنكرت "الإرهاب البلشفي" في روسيا سنة 1918-1919.
في مطلع سنة 1919 أي بعد شهرين من إعلان ليبكنخت للجمهورية الاشتراكية الألمانية اغتيلت معه من قبل جماعة يمينية عسكرية متطرفة وبذلك قضي على ثورتهما في المهد. تبنت نظرية الإضراب العام. عدوة لدودة للحرب العالمية الأولى. تخلت عن الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي الألماني. ساعدت في خلق "عصبة سبارتاكوس" وفيما بعد الحزب الشيوعي الألماني. نقدت الحكومة السوفياتية. اغتالها الجيش الألماني.( )
