..اليوم تم التحقيق مع اثنين وعشرين عامل من عمال الأمن باسمنت طره داخل نيابه المعادي .بعد أن امضو ليله تم تعذيبهم فيها داخل القسم وسرقه موبيلاتهم ومتعالقاتهم .. وكانت عمليه اعتقالهم فجر أمس 22/مايو أشبه بعمليه عسكريه حيث طاردت المدرعات زملائنا داخل المصنع وتم معاودتهم إلى القسم مره آخره على يعودو إلى النيابه صباحا بعد تفريغ الكاميرات .وذالك لأن التهم الموجهه اليهم مقاومه سلطات وبلطجه ..واليوم سوف يتم اهانتهم مره أخرى داخل القسم في غياب كامل الحركه النقابيه والعماليه والسياسيه ..بل والاسواء هو ذهاب قوه من القسم إلى المصنع اليوم الساعه الثامنه ونصف لاعتقال باقي المعتصمين داخله وعددهم غير معلوم حتى الآن .وذالك بعد سبهم بأبشع السباب والتعدي عليهم بالضرب المهين .زملائنا كانوا معتصمين اليوم .لنستكمل اليوم ال55 لاعتصام .وذالك لأن الشركه قررت فجاءه التخلي عنهم ورميهم في الشارع .للاستعانه بشركه حراسه لها نفوذ .زملائنا كانو يطلبون ان لا تقطع أرزاقهم .ونحن نأسف لزملائنا بسبب بطئ التضامن معهم وبسبب استمرار المصنع في الإنتاج على الرغم من اقتحامه أكثر من مره واعتقال العمال على دفعات أمس واليوم .في مخالفه واضحه صريحه للدستور والقانون الذي أقر بمشروعيه الإضراب .ومخالفه الاتفاقيات الدوليه التي وقعت عليها مصر .والتي أوصت بعدم الجبريه في العمل وباحقيه الإضراب .وحتى حق المواطن في المعامله الكريمه الانسانيه داخل مقرات الاحتجاز .ونحن كنقابين وكعمال ندين سياسه تجريم الحق في الإضراب .وندين اقتحام المصنع مرتين من قبل العمليات الخاصه لاعتقال زملاء لنا يطالبون بحقوقهم بسلميه ويتبعون القانون والاتفاقيات الدوليه .نطالب بالإفراج الفوري عن زملائنا .ونطالب بتحويل كل رجل شرطه تطاول عليهم بالضرب أو بالسب للقانون .ونريد أن نذكر الجميع أن بلدنا الحبيبه في اجتماع منظمه العمل في جنيف الحالي سوف يتم مناقشه الانتهاكات التي تفعلها الداخليه ضد الحركه العماليه وتدخلات الأمن فيها .واعتقال قيادتها ونقابيها .وعدم الالتزام بالاتفاقيات والمعايير الدوليه التي وقعت عليها مصر .وأن بلدنا بسبب تلك التصرفات سوف تكون على رائي القائمه السوداء الدوله المنتهكه للحقوق العماليه وهذا ما لا نرغبه
ندعو القوى الاشتراكيه والنقابيه بالمنطقة العربيه والعالم التضامن الاممى مع عمال الأمن بشركه اسمنت طره ..والمطالبه بالإفراج الفوري عن 22 عامل .

Colleagues please give your undivided attention, this is a Solidarity statement for signature collection- may it be a reason to save the dignity of our comrades
Today, 22 security personnel of the Torra Cement factory have been investigated in the prosecutors office in Maadi. They have spent a night of torture and degradation at the police department, and their mobile phones and belongings have been mugged. The arrest was on the 22nd of May at dawn, it was like a military operation where the armed corps have chased our comrades within the factory grounds. The detained employees have been taken back to the police department so as to stand before the prosecutors again in the morning after inspecting the camera recordings. They are being accused of resisting authorities and bullying! The detainees could be susceptible to even more degradation and torture as before within the complete absence of syndicated, labor´-or-political movements. What s even worse is that the police forces went back to the factory on the 22nd of May at 8:30 am to arrest the remaining protesters of the sit-in, where they managed to take in twelve more workers, and the number is prone to increase. The workers have been arrested after being cursed, degraded, beaten and humiliated. Our comrades have been sustaining this sit-in for 55 days. They have been protesting against the factory officials decision to terminate their employment and throw them out to hire an influential security corporate, in a move towards the catastrophic ill-reputable labor hiring agencies. Our comrades where asking to be protected from cutting their livelihoods.
Despite the fact that the factory sustained its production, the police forces kept raiding the factory grounds over and over, and arresting the workers a group after another, in a stark defiance to the constitution and the law that endorsed the people s right to strikes, it also included protecting the people s right to decent and humane treatment in holding stations, Let alone the violation of international labor rights agreements and charters ,signed by Egypt, recommending against forced labor and protecting the right to strikes. As labor --union--ist and as workers, we offer our great apologies for our belated support and solidarity, and we condemn the policies aborting and criminalizing the right to strikes, and we condemn the raids on the factory twice by the Special Forces to arrest our comrades, Our comrades demanding their rights peacefully and within the lines of the law and international agreements and charters.
We demand the instant release of our comrades
We demand that every police officer, who humiliated´-or-crossed the line with our comrades, be subjected to thorough investigation and treated according to the law. We would like to remind everybody in our beloved country that at International Labor Organization current meeting in Geneva, the violations committed by the internal affairs officers against the labor movement and the security intrusions will be discussed. The arrest of the leaders of the labor movement and the --union--ists and the failure to abide by the agreements and charters signed internationally by Egypt will be reported, which will land Egypt on the top of the blacklist of the labor rights violators of the world, which we don t prefer.
We urge everybody to stand in solidarity with our comrades from the security personnel of the Torra cement factory. We demand the instant release of our detained comrades.
