Republica Moldova is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe, located between Romania to the west and Ukraine to the north, east and south. Capital - Chisinau.It declared itself an independent state with the same boundaries as the preceding Moldovan SSR in 1991, as part of the dissolution of the Soviet Union. A strip of Moldova s internationally recognized territory on the east bank of the river Dniester has been under the de facto control of the breakaway government of Transnistria since 1990.
than the corruption ingrained more deeply in the culture and traditions of the countries ,than the harder eradicate this evil. in addition to all , the words of Vice-President of the United States of America Joseph Biden, speaking with an appeal to the people of Moldova.(Republic of Moldova must be strengthened democracy and fight corruption and trafficking in persons, to achieve the Goals and Development).
