Test the competence of the orphans until they reach a marriageable age. Then if you feel they are capable of sound judgment, return their wealth to them. And do not consume it wastefully and hastily before they grow up ˹-;-to demand it˺-;-. If the guardian is well-off, they should not take compensation-;- but if the guardian is poor, let them take a reasonable provision. When you give orphans back their property, call in witnesses. And sufficient is Allah as a ˹-;-vigilant˺-;- Reckoner. 4:6 sorat al-Nisa a

The Quran is a book of logical thinking. Allah make constant linking between reaching marriage age permits and the age of orphans who reach sound judgment and the ability of choose in their life to take their heritage, this expression in Arabic "roshda" that mentioned in 4:6, And between the age of orphans to take their heritage when they are reach strong of growing body s the maturity that mentioned in the verse 6:152.

And do not come near the wealth of the orphan—unless intending to enhance it—until they attain maturity. Give full measure and weigh with justice. We never require of any soul more than what it can afford. Whenever you speak, maintain justice—even regarding a close relative. And fulfil your covenant with Allah. This is what He has commanded you, so perhaps you will be mindful. 6:152

And it is linking in constantly with the verse 17:34
