" Ideologia of Ontologia´-or-vice versa? "
Can we make an Ontology from an Ideology?, as Luká-;---;--cs Heidegger criticized through the Political reality of Heidegger ?
Or Can we make an Ideology from an Ontology ? Analytical study of the influence of Alexandre Dugin on Heidegger s Ontologia through the Political reality of Dugin ?

Luká-;---;--cs " " says :
"The fact that Heidegger s portraits are related to the psychological states caused by the crisis of imperialist capitalism after the war is not attested only by the influence exercised by the book " Being and Time " far beyond the circles that had a real interest in philosophy. This fact is often highlighted by philosophical critics , In their approval, as in their condemnation " .
He also says : "Heidegger s method is more radical in its subjectivity: its metadata revolves all without exception on the psychological repercussions of social and economic reality. Here it shows in a macroscopic way the profound symmetry of Phenomenology and Ontology." "
In this vein, we also say from the beginning, that the geopolitical and sociological studies of "Alexander Dugin" were stained with an excellent Heideggerian Ontology. Represented by the terms "Da-Sein - External Structure existence – Authentic existence " which we find clearly in his book "The Fourth Political Theory. It also refers to the Psychological states of "Dugin" caused by the crisis of imperialist capitalism represented in the modern American-European project. The aim of Dugines Fourth Political Theory is to preserve the human abyss that is rooted spatially and temporally with its pluralism and its differences from (Alienation – Delusion - Forgetting) and from the destruction of the eternal values inherited through the turning of the historical human course towards the modern technological European civilization And American. From the above, we find that the political and social reality of Heidegger led to the Ontology of "Being and Time" and the political and social reality of Dugin led to the "The Ideological of Heidegger’s Ontology ". For example, When Dugin encounters the reality of "Liberal freedom," he rushes to the concept of "Freedom" in Heidegger s Ontology, which says "freedom is not absolute" because it is not the "Da-sein " that chooses to come into the world in addition to the possibilities offered to it are-limit-ed. And as was the view that "individual fascism in decision-making and comprehensiveness in the name of race, people´-or-religion" is based on the concept of "Authentic existence " that is the real human existence that is determined mainly in being with others . We find that being with others is represented in the Heideggerian term "The They ", which also expresses that entering history as it is collective and has not individual entry, and through Dugines history with "Communism" in the late eighties and his difference with it until now . He also turns to metaphysical "Heidegger" by means of Ontological history, which says that "The Da-sein" is heading towards the past in order to liberate it by extracting the previously blocked possibility. And the past came present, it involves capabilities that were not achieved previously, and the present is only liberated by the liberation of the past." To be liberated except in time and history, which is the correct “repetition” of the self. In addition to the above, the concept of “The Universe´-or-place” comes to Heidegger that concept which has a strong connotation in the geophysical theory represented by the “Eurasian Entity ” at Dugine and Heidegger says “the universe is a king On thought and on what a person is: "So, the being of Human will be in a state of listening to the universe and nature .
From the above, it is clear that the vision of the Dugin s and his theory is represented in Heideggrians “Authentic existence”, that makes the individual capture a fact with determination and responsibility, as he has a decision and responsibility and at the same time preserves the legacy of the past and its relationship with his group in the present, so good heritage is the destiny of the good group. Diogenes, through Heidegger, calls for a historic multi-polar nationalism with eternal values inherited (the nation -the history - the earth). The nationality here lives on the past completely, not failing to present any theory of historical progress in the book "Introduction to Metaphysics" by Heidegger shows us how much that Heidegger s Ontology identically applies on Duginic iIdeology.
And the problem here is why should I resort to ontology and to the "the Da-sein" towards my political reality, as Luká-;---;--cs suggested that Heidegger s ontology is a reflective psychology of his political reality? Heidegger may have resorted, because he was a professor of Phenomenological philosophy, who tried in one way´-or-another to engage again in the ontological topic to solve a philosophical form that has existed since the era of ancient Greece, which is the definition of existence with the existence of the existence rather than the existence and that "the existence of what must be lies in its existence." Heidegger has expressed more than once that "The Da-sein" is a purely ontology that does not have a social, political´-or-historical theory in a way´-or-a solution, while the views of some opponents of his philosophy that Hedeggeristic Ontology is nothing more than a convincing anthropology´-or-phenomenology of a previous ontology.
But why did Dugin, a physiological scientist, use the "Da-sein" and Ontology which focus always is its research as a main ideas "existence, soul and theology" to express his imperialist political reality and his political ideology for unifying "the Eurasian lands" as a reaction to American and European imperialism in the twenty-first century ? Was his choice of a concept "Da-sein" was successful in the "Fourth political theory"? May , he made a mistake, Maybe I cherished my heritage and identity, and I represent what is dictated by my original presence towards death and I am "Communist" .´-or-I share my community and those around me with a common destiny and I am "liberal"´-or-represent " The Da-sein " and the most sacred of eternal value, and I am "Fascist". " The Da-sein " is a concept characterized by inclusion , generality, and absolute impartiality.
Why didn’t Dugin find in Sociology, Anthropology,´-or-an Ethics topic in philosophy if he wanted philosophy without the rest of the humanities? Perhaps it was because Heidegger was against the modernist project and against technical knowledge in general, but Heideggern’s refusal to what the technology is and not to the technique, and this will make Diogenes in a state of embarrassment and confusion, especially in our present time, to say that the reality that Heidegger lived between World War I and The World war II is different from what he lived after the Second World War and is completely different from the reality of Dugins, whether it was before the Soviet --union--´-or-after the fall of the Soviet --union--. The political reality and the psychological reflection are neither based on their theory nor on the whole philosophy that is abstract´-or-even ideological, and that is because the reality and psychology are variable and non-normative. Dugin could have gone back to the Slavic philosophical heritage as he calls others to "Return to the heritage" in his books and in his intellectual project as well, and he will find what heals his glory and what consolidates the pillars of his geopolitical ideology because the Russian philosophical heritage since the eighteenth century has always concerned by ethical problems and is interested in studying reality and building the society .
In our research this, "The Ideology of Ontology´-or-vice versa? " : We will touch on the explanation of Luká-;---;--cs argument about his view of the source of Heidegger s philosophy through Heidegger s political reality,is it ontology´-or-psychology ? We will take "Alexander Dugin" as an example and talk about the most important points that Dugin took from Heidegger s Ontology to build his political outlook toward his political reality. Could we make anthology from anthology ideologically? Could Dugin have found in his psychology, sociology´-or-history of Russian philosophy what he builds on his fourth political theory as an alternative to Ontology?.

Eurasianism is a political movement in Russia that posits that Russian civilisation does not belong in the "European"´-or-"Asian" categories but instead to the geopolitical concept of Eurasia. Originally developing in the 1920s, the movement was supportive of the Bolshevik Revolution but not its stated goals of enacting communism, seeing the Soviet -union- as a stepping stone on the path to creating a new national identity http://eurasia.com.ru/english.html
