John 21:15-23
Jesus Reinstates Peter
15 When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?”
“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.”
16 Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”
17 The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things-;- you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. 18 Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted-;- but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” 19 Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!”

20 Peter turned and saw that the disciple whom Jesus loved was following them. (This was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper and had said, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”) 21 When Peter saw him, he asked, “Lord, what about him?”
22 Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.” 23 Because of this, the rumor spread among the believers that this disciple would not die. But Jesus did not say that he would not die-;- he only said, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you?”
Through these verses Christ Jesus again claimed that the love of His Apostle as a proof of the calling of the Apostleship fulfilled prophecy 14 “I am the good shepherd-;- I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep” hence the question of Christ Jesus addressed to His Apostle Peter is not a sign of doubt but an endowment of the Holy Spirit making the Apostle Peter so near from Christ Jesus’ Heart that He is interested in the depth of his love while He utilised an another language to remind the children of the devil that they unquestionably belong to a species of animal cursed from the beginning, namely snakes that’s why they stand up to them and say:” broad of vipers”
Whence such hypocrite cunning and creeping peoples can never be interlocutors of Christ Jesus but they are only a subject of damnation for Him as the crafty snakes which symbolize the “fall of the human in the darkness of the sins making them blend vipers guided by snakes in their image since a human can never be seduced by a beast if not they belong to the same bug nature with the same characteristics hence the embodiment of the prophecy of the knowledge of Christ Jesus of His Apostles an ancient knowledge that testify of the predestination.
Hence as the good shepherd, Christ Jesus knows His Apostles, His true friends who had been called to the Apostleship since the beginning to renounce their worldly interests for the labours of the Apostleship which allowed them to feed Christ Jesus’ lambs: their fellow men: the Apostles who are able through the attributes of faith and righteousness to understand His Word to be their daily bread from where the food of which Jesus the Christ speaks is hardly in a mediocre alimentary sense but in a profound divine sense incarnated by the Son of God Christ Jesus who calls His Apostles to nourish themselves with his Word in order to be able to nourish the human beings elected by God the Father to be their fellow human beings, that is to say, of the same human nature which aspires to divinity by being nourished by the Word of God.
Thus Christ Jesus insisted when He questioned His Apostle Peter by asking him about his love for Him three times so even Peter the Apostle was hurt considering that Christ Jesus knows very well the depth of his love He who searches the hearts and a like matter afflicted him at the bottom of his belly however in the response of Christ Jesus said to Him: “Feed my lambs” a reinstatement of Him as His Apostle who received the endowment of the divine power to be the good shepherd in His Image.
Ergo above all, Christ Jesus is searching His owns through the Power of the Holy Spirit bestowed on His Apostles to be obedient to the Word of God through Love and never by fear given that the Christ Jesus’ Election of His Apostles is -dir-ected towards the heart, which has become the indestructible Temple of God. This is why the Son of God and God Himself addresses strong hearts that are not afraid of earthly death, but love Christ Jesus and serve Him out of pure love, hence their life on this earth, with all its joy, persecutions and resurrection, is the Apostolic Prayer to God, since this is how Christ Jesus, the Good Shepherd, glorified God the Father in the Kingdom of Heaven.
