The efforts of the next government, which if formed after the end of the election crisis, should focus on the immediate goals that address the exit of US forces, security and energy problems and the epidemic, and avoid the temptation to engage in narrow side struggles that they want to drag the Shiite parties to.

The general deterioration that afflicted the country led to the continuation of the chaotic demonstrations that came out systematically to focus on overthrowing the government of Mr. Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and the silence of the various investigation committees (in the assassinations and killings that targeted demonstrators, security forces and activists) during the era of his successor Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and the various scenarios developed by the American administration and the Washington Institute In order to confront the resistance factions, which, even after nearly two years, did not bear fruit, they promoted a massive boycott of the elections before proceeding to falsify their results. However, 60 percent of those eligible to participate in the elections avoided (according to the Electoral Commission) supporting independent candidates´-or-those who participated in the Tishreen demonstrations, groups supporting the popular mobilization and resistance factions, and balanced relations with Iran, since it is in the interest of Iraq.

The results of the elections were arranged to show who emerged as a winner, wishing to form a government that seeks to eliminate the resistance factions and dissolve the Popular Mobilization Forces. The most prominent Iraqi optimists did not ask them to do so, but this (the winner) promised to do so, and encouraged the United States and its allies, especially Saudi Arabia and Israel as well.

None of those who participated in´-or-boycotted the elections believed that a handful of promises made by (the winner) could be implemented on the eve of his inauguration, but his standing, after the announcement of the preliminary results, against the resistance factions known for their closeness to Iran provided him with some international support against Iran and the general axis The resistance, and was able to attract a segment of those who were reluctant to participate in the elections, which the American-Zionist-Saudi axis succeeded in promoting to find the qualitative opposition.

Today, despite the great improvement in oil prices, and the country’s budget being almost completely dependent on its revenues, the poor citizen is bearing price increases at the highest annual level in three decades, a noticeable decline in the local currency, a security collapse at all levels, and a serious epidemic that still records injuries It is the highest in the region and perhaps in the world as well, and the legislative agenda is suspended until a notice in which the judiciary, after correcting the false results track, authorizes the announcement of a new parliament and government.

Parliament and government efforts, after correcting the electoral situation, should focus on immediate goals that address the issue of the exit of US forces, security and energy problems, and the mutating epidemic. The parties must avoid the temptations of the so-called international community to engage in narrowly focused side political conflicts, claiming that a winner in them will achieve the Iraqis higher interests at the expense of private gains´-or-belonging to an external agenda because that will not happen.

Policy makers in Iraq, and other capitals active in Iraq, must accept the idea that the stability of Iraq and its removal from the equations of regional and international influence struggle, serves regional security and global peace and improves the performance of the economy in the country and the region.

At this stage, local, regional´-or-international efforts to push one of the two parties (the Sadrist bloc´-or-the coordination framework) to struggle will not succeed. The international community must carry its financial and diplomatic weight - substantively, not just verbally - behind a comprehensive political solution to the problems afflicting the countries that are threatened with total collapse, and not by being preoccupied with favoring one party over another.
It is difficult to imagine a permanent solution to the election crisis, that does not take into account the legitimate demands and interests of the 60 percent who boycotted the elections (according to IHEC statistics),´-or-of the Iraqis participating in the peaceful popular demonstrations against the election results.

In light of the foregoing, the judiciary must intervene urgently to reconsider this dilemma and conduct an appropriate investigation to achieve justice in the election results, and to hold the Electoral Commission accountable for the deliberate omissions that accompanied the elections from the moment they were held until the time the results were announced, especially with regard to its procedures that lacked transparency in the elections. handling, and the appeals were not taken seriously, and the contested stations and centers were not carefully scrutinized. The procedures that clearly overlooked the issue of the intersection of finger--print--s with the forms and were merely a census of the number of ballot forms inside the boxes, and the supposed international observers were very far from those procedures, so it was from Naturally, this threatens the social peace.
