The National Bureau for defending land and resisting settlements ( nbprs ) stated in its latest weekly report , that occupation authorities and their militias against the Palestinian people continue under various holy war slogans, thus, they started to establish religious and military preparatory schools, such as, “Yishevut Hasder” to supervise and recruit religious soldiers be trained for 18 months to defend settlers in the occupied West Bank, knowing that the number of those schools in Israel is 42, of which 13 schools located in the West Bank’s settlements.

Recently, a worrying phenomenon to the transformation of hundreds of Israeli volunteers in the police force was revealed in the so-called “Bar’el Company” into an armed militia that operates against the Arab citizens of the Negev under the pretext of “imposing order and the rule of law and saving the Negev from the problem of the remarkable increase of Palestinian citizens in the country’s population “Indigenous peoples”, who face Israel s discriminatory and racist policy in all fields of their lives and their relationship to the land of their fathers and forefathers. This "Bar el Brigade" is divided into 3 parts, the intervention, which is the Elite Brigade, prepared to combat terrorism, the patrol, prepared for shooting and assuming the powers of public security, and the combat, whose mission is to manage all that is required to-limit- the spread of Palestinian citizens, especially in unrecognized villages.

This ‘Bar el Company’ in the Negev is similar to that in the ‘Netzah Yehuda’ battalion in the West Bank, in which religious fanatic Jews serve, and some of them live in the random outposts in the West Bank. Knowing that attempts have been made to dismantle this battalion, but the estimates of leaders in the indiscretion of the occupation indicate that dismantling it would be a declaration of war for the settlers leadership. Data showed that only 3.8% of crimes committed on a nationalistic basis by elements working in the ‘Netzah Yehuda’ battalion and from groups of settlers against the Palestinians in the West Bank end up without an indictment. And that more than 221 of the 263 Palestinian complaints were closed between the years 2018-2020, and only 10 have been indicted so far, and the rest are still under investigation.

As for the settlement activities, the settlement projects and schemes in the occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank also continue, where the municipality of the occupation in Jerusalem and the planning committees approved the decision of the “local committee” to build the first towers of 30 floors at the entrance to Al-Thawri Neighborhood within the industrial zone ‘Tal-Piot’. This 30-storey tower will overlook the Old City and Jerusalem in its two parts and accommodate 149 settlement units, commercial centers, and various centers for multiple uses of construction. Meoreover, the Migdal Bardis - Paradise Tower also includes a variety of uses and services.

On another level, the National Office for Defending Land and Resisting Settlement welcomed the report issued by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, Michael Link, who considered that the situation in occupied Palestine amounts to apartheid system. Before the end of his 6-year term, he documented the events and facts Israel s implementation of the apartheid system, the report explains in detail how Israel established a system of racially motivated oppression against the Palestinians
