Here Sheikh Ali Abdurrazaq, with every free thinker, have right to ask the jurists this necessarily question:
It has been their duty – he mean Sunni Muslims jurists – when they give all that power to the Caliph and raised him to that place and singled him with all these authorities and powers!! To tell us what is the source of this power? Where from get it? who is give it to him? who gift him this rank and thus became the highest site even more than prophet Mohammed himself.
