هل يتحسب العقل البشري للمستقبل.. ؟
كيف نقرأ احداث سوف تحصل
ماهي النظريات التبادلية التي ستحل محل النظريات المنتهية الصلاحية..
كيف سيكون شكل العالم..؟
انظمة الحكم..
التغيرات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية...
كيف تتنبأ مراكز البحوث وماهية الالية لوضع النظريات البديلة للاحداث التي تتولد من محركات حركة التاريخ..
في واقعنا كدول متلقية وتتبع اساليب التعلم التلقيني للاسف لايمكنها صياغة وصناعة النظريات.. ولكن هناك عقول متفردة تستطيع استشراف واستنتاج وتقدم قراءة لحركة التاربخ ومساراتها.. انا هنا عبر منهج الفلسفة الحدسية ربما يصفني بالبعض بالجنوح الخيالي.. ولكن افترض ان تداخل عالمنا الكمومي يمنحني قبسا من فيض هذا المنهج الفلسفي... لذلك ساضع تلك التصورات في رؤوس عناوين واعلم تن مقالا مختصرا كالذي اخوض فيه لايمكنه الإلمام باحداث قد لايدركها العقل البشري الآن.. وقد يعدها البعض تكهنات زائفة.. لكنها ستحصل وسيتقبلها العقل وان كان على مضض..
لا اود وضع تواريخ زمنية لان ذلك قد يعتبر نوع من العرافة او التكهن.. لكن الحقب الدورانية لحركة التاريخ ترتبط ارتباطا آصريا مع البناء الحضاري... كيف ذلك؟
من المعلوم ان مفهوم وقيم الحضارة قد تبدلت من البناء الافقي للحضارات القديمة الى البناء العمودي للحضارة الحالية.. ولكل من النمطين مزاياه وسيئاته..
وباختصار.. نجمل مايلي
الحضارلت السابقة الافقية البناء بطيئة معرفيا لكنها تدوم لفترة طويلة نسبيا والاسباب لامجال لذكرها الآن لانها تحتاج لسرد تاريخي معلوم..
بينما الحضارة الحالية كمفهوم حداثوي تتميز بسرعة وكفاءة معرفية لكنها لاتدوم طويلا بفعل الصراع المنافس وتاثير قوة ادوات الصراع.. وهي تشبه بالضبط بناءا عموديا سيصل الى حد ما ومن ثم سيكون واهنا ويؤول للسقوط.. لو اتبعوا الدالة الموجية لحركة التاريخ الدورانية او اللولبية..
من هنا ننطلق للقول ان تلك الحركات الدورانية تمتد مابين قرن الى قرنين.. كذلك هناك حركات تشبه السلالم تكون عقدية اي كل عقد من الزمان..
وبعيدا عن هذه التفاصيل التي يراها البعض غير مفهومة.. لنأخذ الراسمالية.. كحركة دورانية.. كيف بدأت.. وماهي بوادر انهيارها.. اظن انها الآن في مرحلة الشيخوخة اي انها هرمت وآن وقت انهيارها..
البعض يخمن إن انهيار الراسمالية سيعقبها الفوضى والبعض ينظر لعودة الماركسية..
ولكن في هذا الاستقراء لن يحصل هذا ولا ذاك..
فحركة التاريخ تنبيء بأن آخر نظرية ستحل محل الرأسمالية هي (النظرية المعرفائية)..
ومن ثم سينتهي دور العقل البشري ويتراجع لطور قادم وقبل تعريف نظرية المعرفائية واسس ومباديء هذه النظرية..
كنت قد كتبت مقالة في موقعي الحوار المتمدن... اسميتها
((الممهدون)).. واتمنى قراءة هذه المقالة.. لانها توضح كيف سيتم التمهيد للطور الوجودي القادم..
النظرية المعرفائية وحدة قياسها المعرفة العقلية التي ستكون الفيصل في التقييمات في السياسة وادارة العلوم والاقتصاد لابل ستحدد المقومات والتصنيفات الانثربولوجية التي يجب ان تبقى او تزال..
هذه النظرية سيتم اسقاط معطياتها في مساحة العقل البشري.. ربما ستحصل الفوضى لعقد او عقدين لكنها ستتجسد كضرورة تاريخية معرفية..
سيصنف العقل المعرفائي بدرجات وسيختفي المقياس التقليدي سواء كان عملة ورقية او معدن كالذهب.. وسيحل المقياس المعرفائي كتصنيف كالتالي :
اولا *العقل المعرفائي الخارق..
ثانيا **العقل المعرفائي المبدع
ثالثا ***العقل المعرفائي الذكي
رابعا ****العقل المعرفائي الاكاديمي... وهكذا نزولا. ولكل تصنيف هناك قيمة يقيم بها الكترونيا او. رقميا
وتبعا لذلك.. سيحصل الآتي
اولا ستنتهي نظم الحكم الديمقراطية اذ لن تكون مناسبة وستحل محلها نظم الحاضنات لكل فئة وحسب القيمة التصنيفية..
ثانيا لن تكون هناك انظمة كتلوية او دول.. بل ستكون هناك مدن ومقاطعات..
ثالثا.. سيحدد تصنيف انثربولوجي فلن يعود العيش متاحا للتكاثر العشوائي وستفرض ذلك عوامل ضاغطة..
ثالثا.. تغيير نظم التعليم.. لغرض تقليل وردم فجوة الاتصال..
رابعا التحول الى لغة برمجة انعكاسية تغني عن اساليب الترجمة البطيئة اي حلول اللغة المشتركة للتخاطب ببن مختلف الالسن..
خامسا كل فرد هو منظومة بذاته اعلاميا وثقافيا ومعرفيا..
الانتقال من الحماية الكلاسيكية التقليدية الى الحماية الالكترونية المكودة..
ورغم كل ذلك فلن تتحقق نظرية المدينة الفاضلة ولن نتخلص من معضلة الشر مهما بلغ الانسان من الرقي المعرفي.. وسيبقى مفهوم المثالية والعدالة والحقيقة قيما تجريدية.. فكل القيم التي يطمح بتحقيقها الفلاسفة لن يحققها الانسان ككائن مركب كيميائي دون الانتقال لطور قادم عماده الانسان الفيزيائي في طور برمجة الذكاء الصناعي.....كمقدمة لصنع القيم الفلسفية بمثاليتها والتي تستوحب عقلا مثاليا...

In our reality as recipient countries and follow the methods of spontaneous learning, unfortunately, they cannot formulate and manufacture theories .. But there are individual minds that can foresee, infer, and provide a reading of the history of the movement and its paths .. I am here through the approach of intuitive philosophy, perhaps describing me as some with imaginary delinquency .. But I suppose that the intertwining of our quantum world gives me a saint Those who overflow this philosophical approach ... Second, there will be no bloc´-or-state regimes ... there will be cities and provinces.
Thirdly, it will determine an anthropological classification, so living will no longer be available for random reproduction, and this will impose pressures.
Third: Changing education systems ... in order to reduce and bridge the communication gap.
Fourth, switching to a reflex programming language that dispenses with slow translation methods, i.e. common language solutions to address different languages.
Fifthly, each individual is a system in terms of media, culture and knowledge.
Moving from classic classic protection to coded electronic protection.
In spite of all of that, the theory of utopia will not be realized and we will not get rid of the evil dilemma, no matter how man attains cognitive sophistication .. The concept of idealism, justice and truth will remain abstract values ..
