انتم على علم بان في بلدكم المحترم، مصر، هناك موجة كبيرة من الحركات العمالية في الاسابيع الاخيرة التي تم تنظيمها وقيادتها من قبل النقابات المختلفة. حيث شملت اضرابات واحتجاجات سلمية في مختلف ارجاء البلد ترفع اصواتها الديمقراطية مطالبة بالحقوق الاساسية للعمال من رفع الاجور، الى حق تشكيل النقابات العمالية وحق الانتماء التي كانت غائبة لاكثرمن ثلاثة عقود في مصر.
وللاسف ، حسب مايردنا من اخبار خلال الوسائل الاعلامية وبالاخص المصرية منها ،ان هذه الحقوق الاساسية والديمقراطية والقانونية للعمال ومطاليبهم المشروعة في ظروف معيشية افضل قد اتم اختراقها من قبل الشرطة والقوى الامنية الاخرى.
في عالم اليوم، ان حقوق العمال العالمية مثل حق الحصول على اجر والحق في مستوى معيشي ملائم ،وحق تشكيل الجمعيات والنقابات وحق القيام باضرابات ومظاهرات سلمية هي كلها معترف بها في مختلف المجتمعات المدنية والديمقراطية العلمانية. ان هذه الحقوق العمالية ينبغي ان تحترم استنادا الى القوانين العالمية. ولاسف،ان القمع الحالي من قبل حكومتكم وكما تنقله الوسائل الاعلامية العالمية وجهات موثوق بها في مصر،بينت بان الحكومة المصرية الواعدة قد خرقت وتجاهلت هذه الحقوق العمالية الديمقراطية باستخدام العنف ضدها .
ان العمال سواءا كانوا في مصر او ايران او استراليا اوفي اي جزء من العالم لهم مصالح وحقوق اساسية عامة .وما يبعث لاسف ان هذه الحقوق عادة ما يتم تجاهلها و اختراقها الى حد كبير من قبل الحكومات الرأسمالية في اجزاءمختلفة من العالم.
واستنادا على ما ذكرناه اعلاه نطالب الحكومة المصرية بقوة بما يلي:-
احترام وتلبية المطاليب العادلة للعمال والتلبية الايجابية لحقوقهم.
الوقف الفوري للعنف ووضع حد لضغوطات الشرطة والقوى الامنية الاخرى على العمال ونقاباتهم
تعويض العمال المتضرريين خلال القمع الذي رافق الاضرابات والاحتجاجات الاخيرة.

The Dear Ambassador
As you are fully aware in your respective country Egypt, in recent weeks there has been a significant and remarkable wave of workers movements conducted and organized by the various trade unions strikes and peaceful demonstrations throughout the country in raising their democratic voices for the basic workers rights in demanding their just cause for pay rise and the rights to form the worker unions and associations which has been absent for more than three decades in Egypt.
Regrettably, as we see in the news and other mass media particularly by the Egyptian media, these basic democratic and fundamental as well as constitutional workers rights and their just demand for a better and decent living standards has been forcibly violated and suppressed by the police and the other paramilitary forces bring an end to these basic democratic and constitutional rights.
In today’s world, the International Workers Rights has been recognized by the various civilized and democratic secular societies and these rights such as pay rights, rights to have a basic and decent living standard, rights to form associations and trade unions, rights to a peaceful strikes and demonstrations and these workers rights have to be fully respected according to the International Law. Unfortunately, as the recent police crackdown by your government as its showing in the international media and other reliable sources within Egypt, the future hopeful Egyptian government has violated and ignored these democratic workers rights by suppressing them.
The workers, whether they are in Egypt, Iran or Australia and any other parts of the world have the basic common interest and workers rights and regrettably these rights are always ignored and to a great extent violated by the capitalist countries in various parts of the globe.
On account of these issues, we strongly demand from the Government of Egypt the following:
• To respect and meet the equitably demands of the workers and respond positively to their just rights
• Immediate stop and put an end the pressures by the police and other paramilitary forces on the workers and their trade unions.
• To pay and compensate to those workers who have been suffered during the recent strikes and demonstrations.
