اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 7/12/1/2011 الساعة الثالثة صباحا، تم إعتقال المحامي د. يوسف عبد الحق ( أبو شداد ) المحاضر في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، والمنسق والرئيس السابق لمجلس الادارة في المنتدى التنويري..
إننا في المنتدى التويري الثقافي الفلسطيني ( تنوير ) نرى في اعتقال زميلنا د. الحق جريمة حرب ضد القوانين الدولية لاعتقاله بعشوائية، لذا نستنكر بشدة اعتقال زميلنا د. الحق اذ أنه يعاني من وهن جسدي ويتناول أدوية باستمرار، ويشكو من أوضاع صحية لا تسمح له تحمل ظروف الاعتقال ورطوبة الزنازين ، لذا نطالب باطلاق سراحه الفوري، ونحمل حكومة الاحتلال عن أي نتائج سلبية تنعكس على وضعه الصحي، كما أننا نطالب باطلاق سراح كافة الاسرى في معتقلات الاحتلال وإغلاق ملف الاسرى وخاصة الاعتقال الاداري باعتبار كل الاسرى الفلسطينيين أسرى حرية.
وبهذه المناسبة نهيب بكل المؤسسات الاكاديمية والثقافية والعلمية والتعليمية وخاصة جامعة النجاح الوطنية لما لها من مكانة ثقافية عالية وشبكة علاقات دولية من رفع الصوت عاليا لاطلاق سراح مدرسيها وطلابها.
ونناشد كل المؤسسات والاحزاب وجمعيات المجتمع المدني والشخصيات الوطنية والنقابية وخاصة نقابة المحامين على تشكيل لجنة حقوقية لمخاطبة زملائهم القانونيين في العالم بدعوة الاحتلال الكف عن الاعتقال العشوائي لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني، وأهمية التركيز على أن العالم سُر باغلاق اوتشفز نازي وحيد في العالم في بولندا، ومن العار على أخلاقه وانسانيته الصمت المطبق ازاء تحويل بلدا كاملا كفلسطين الى اوتشفيتز وغوانتنامو صهيوني كبير محاطا بألاف الكيلو مترات من الجدر البرلينية وبمئات الحواجز العسكرية التي تذل يوميا أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني أمام الضمير العالمي الغائب.
وامام كثافة الاعتداءات وحملات المداهمات والاعتقالات وخاصة اعتقال زميلنا د. يوسف عبد الحق فاننا نناشد كل الضمائر الحية في نابلس وفلسطين والامة العربية وفي العالم الوقوف بحزم أمام الاعتقال السياسي والاداري وبارادة واحدة وبصوت واحد لاطلاق سراح كل اسرى الحرية من اوشفتزات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي وعلى رأسهم د. يوسف عبد الحق.

on Wednesday, 7/12/1/2011 at 3 a.m., arrested the lawyer Dr. Yousef Abdul Haq (Abu shaddad) lecturer at an-Najah National University, and Coordinator and former President of the Governing Council in enlightened modernization Forum ... We in the Palestinian cultural altoiri Forum (enlighten) see arrest of colleague Dr. Haq right war crime against international law to arrest, therefore strongly deplore the arrest of colleague Dr as it suffers from physical weakness and deals with medicine, and complain about health conditions did not permit his detention conditions, therefore we moisture cells to release him immediately, and we hold the Israeli Government for any negative consequences for his health, and we demand the release of all prisoners in Israeli detention camps and close the file on prisoners in particular detention Administrative prisoners as prisoners of freedom.
On this occasion, we call upon all academic institutions, cultural, scientific, educational and private An-Najah National University because of its high cultural standing and international relations, network of lifting bellow for the release of the teachers and students.
