الارهاب, الحرب والسلام


بعدد نهاية ما كان يُعَّرَف بحرب باردة، كانت باردة في قارات راس المال و ساخنة في قارات الفقر، بشظايا اجساد متناثرة في عالم ثالث، لإنسان تسلسه هو الثالث، بعد غرب وشرق سياسي. تحولت تجارة السلاح كما العالم الى احادي القطب والمُصَّدِر. هو سلاح اميركي وولاياته الاوربية الذي ينشر الموت المجاني بالتساوي بين شعوب مقهورة، هو سلاح يقتل الكورد، "مدنيين" حالمين بحياة انسانية و "مقاتلين" من اجل الحرية. سلاح تأخر الخطاب الكوردي بنقده. نقد السلاح الاميركي يبدا بنقد السياسات الاميركية، برسالة حضارية يوجهها الكورد والشرفاء في معمورتنا، علها تصل وتؤثر لإيقاف الجرائم التي ترتكب بحق الشعوب المقهورة ومنهم الكورد الذين يرفضون التقسيم الاميركي ( "كورد اميركا" و"كورد قنديل") لان سلاحهم لا يميز بين المقاتلين والحالمين.
لقد تأخر الكورد واحزابهم بنقد السلاح والسياسة الاميركية، رغم ان تاريخ حزنهم ونزفهم الكوردستاني في كافة اجزائه فيه ختم اميركي.
حملة (سلاحكم وسياستكم تقتلنا) والتي تنطلق الايام المقبلة في اجزاء كوردستان والمهجر ضد السلاح الاميركي الذي قتل قبل ايام بشكله الكيمياوي عشرات المقاتلين في قنديل، وبعدها وبشكله العنقودي اكثر من 36 مدنيا، هي حملة مفتوحة ، منطلقة من جرح مفتوح لم ولن يلتئم دون مشاركة القوى الديمقراطية والمحبة للسلام لإيقاف الجرائم التي ترتكب ضد البشرية في كوردستان.
هي دقيقة من وقتنا بنسخ الرسالة وارسالها للسيد باراك اوباما على احد عناوينه المدرجة، وحينما نجمع دقائق الشرفاء نعيش زمناً هو زمن الانسان المقاوم.

Dear President Obama,
We are writing out of concern regarding the persecution of Kurds by the Turkish authorities. We remind you of the genocides and massacres that the Kurdish people have been subjected to, and that Kurdish people are today being deprived of their basic human rights as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and we ask you to intervene by facilitating negotiations to bring about a peaceful solution.
The Republic of Turkey, your strategic partner, is massacring Kurds daily with the very military, political and economical support you provide. The latest example of this is killing of thirty-six unarmed Kurdish civilians by F-16 Jets bought from the USA, guided by intelligence gained from Predator Drones supplied by your country. Your strategic partner, Recep T. Erdogan and his government has been orchestrating a systematic political and military genocide against the Kurdish people, detaining thousands of people including MP’s, Mayors, politicians, intellectuals, writers, journalists, solicitors and hundreds of children and you have been silent on the issue.
The Turkish Army, by using airspace that is controlled by your State, has massacred Kurdish civilians and ruined our landscape, but you said nothing. For five months we have had no news from the leader of our people, Mr. Abdullah Ocalan, who was actively kidnapped and handed over to the Turkish authorities by your predecessors, and there is no word from your administration. On the contrary, your spokespeople are declaring support for the AKP government and promising further supplies of technologically advanced missiles.
Mr. Obama: What have we, the Kurds done to you or your country that enables you to declare us to be your enemies? Are “democracy, human rights and freedom” just part of a rhetoric that apply only where it furthers the USA’s interests across the globe? Why do double standards apply? Why do you continue to support a State that bombs its own people within its own borders?
Mr. Obama: We will not allow our Kurdish children to be massacred in this way. We will not allow history to repeat itself. We do not want decisions made on our behalf. We refuse to be sacrificed for the interests of others.
We believe that you have a positive role to play in bringing peace to Kurdistan, the Middle East and the World, which is also in the best interests of USA.
