اعلان حالة التأهب القصوى في البلاد، وذلك بعد سيطرة مسلحين من تنظيم "داعش" على محافظة نينوى بالكامل، وتقدمهم نحو محافظة صلاح الدين وسيطرتهم على بعض مناطقها....اعلنت مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان، الجمعة، ان 18 شخصا قتلوا فيما قتل اربع نساء وقيل انهن انتحرن بعد تعرضهن للاغتصاب من عناصر "داعش" في مدينة الموصل ولم يستطيع ذوي الفتيات الدفاع عنهن والا قتلوا عمد قائد كتيبة الى اختطاف أم مع ابنتها واغتصابهما معا، ثم الافراج عن الأم والابقاء على البنت التي تبلغ من العمر 17 عاما .، وبعد أن وزع تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام" (داعش) "وثيقة المدينة" على سكان الموصل بعد سيطرته عليها. من أهم ما في "الوثيقة" أن كل الأموال الحكومية تؤول للتنظيم، وكذلك حض المسلمين على الصلاة جماعة لا فرديا، ودعوة العلماء المحليين وشيوخ العشائر للعمل معهم، وتجريم أي تعامل مع الحكومة العراقية أو البرلمان، وفتح "باب التوبة" أمام الموظفين الحكوميين وأفراد الجيش وتجريم أي تجمعات أو مجالس أو حركات. إلى الحكم بالشريعة، وتحريم المراقد والمزارات وشواهد القبور وتدميرها. أما النساء فلا يخرجن إلا لحاجة قصوى وبملابس فضفاضة وحجاب.
ونقلت وكالة رويترز عن المتحدث باسم المفوضية روبرت كولفيل قوله إن "عدد الذين قتلوا في الأيام الأخيرة، بعدما اجتاح متشددون إسلاميون مدينة الموصل العراقية ربما يصل إلى المئات"، مبينا ان "مكتبه تلقى تقارير تفيد بأن عمليات القتل شملت إعدام 17 شخصا يعملون لدى الشرطة إضافة إلى موظف قضائي بوسط الموصل شنقا ام العامة والتمثيل بجثثهم ".
واضاف كولفيل ان "أربع نساء انتحرن بعد تعرضهن للاغتصاب"، مشيرا الى ان "16 أردنيا اختطفوا وأن سجناء الذين تم اخراجهم من السجن يسعون للانتقام من المسؤولين عن حبسهم".
وأكد كولفيل "لدينا تقارير تشير إلى أن القوات الحكومية ارتكبت كذلك تجاوزات وبخاصة قصف مناطق مدنية في السادس والثامن من حزيران"، لافتا الى ان "هناك مزاعم بأن ما يصل إلى 30 مدنيا قتلوا". ويشهد العراق تدهورا امنيا ملحوظا دفع برئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي، امس الثلاثاء 10 حزيران 2014.
