اعتقال د.ابراهيم علوش اليوم واعتقال العشرات خلال الاسبوعين الماضيين

مساء امس تلقى الدكتور ابراهيم علوش مكالمة هاتفية من الاجهزة الامنية حيث طلب منه المثول لديها صباح اليوم، وهو ما فعله اعتبارا من الساعة التاسعة صباحا ولم يفرج لغاية هذة اللحظة. ومن المعلوم ان الدكتور ابراهيم ناشط ضد العدوان الامريكي على العراق وهو ناشط ايضا في مقاومة التطبيع مع العدو الصهيوني. وقد رفعت شكوى مساء هذا اليوم الى المنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان في الاردن مطالبة اياها بمتابعة موضوع اعتقاله ومصادرة حريته.

هذا ولايزال عضو لجنة التعبئة الوطنية للدفاع عن العراق السيد فواز زريقات قيد الاعتقال منذ حوالي ثلاثة اسابيع.

وقد رفعت لجنة التنسيق العليا لاحزاب المعارضة الوطنية الاردنية مذكرة الى المنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان حول قيام الاجهزة الامنية باعتقال التالية اسمائهم الساعة الواحدة من بعد منتصف ليلة الاربعاء 2003/3/19:

1.د. عصام الخواجا عضو المكتب السياسي لحزب الوحدة الشعبية من عمان.
2.ابراهيم اليماني عضو مجلس شورى جبهة العمل الاسلامي من عمان.
3.يوسف اللداوي عضو الامانة العامة لحزب الحركة القومية الشعبية من عمان.
4.خليل السيد عضو حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الاردني من عمان.
5.انس الدويكات عضو حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي الاردني من عمان.
6.خالد فريحات  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =  من عجلون.
7.فراس الكايد  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =  من جرش.
8.تيسير مصطفى شروف عضوهيئة ادارية لنادي شباب الحسين من عمان.
9.ناصر ابراهيم السريسي عضو هيئة ادارية لنادي البقعة من البقعة.
10.عارف احمد صدقي امام مسجد الميدان من السلط.
11.حسن البسيوني عضو حزب جبهة العمل الاسلامي من عمان.

كما اشارت المذكرة الى وجود معتقلين اخرين لا تعرف اسمائهم من مناطق مختلفة من الاردن.

 كما تم مساء اول امس السبت الموافق 2003/3/22 اعتقال كل من النشطاء:
- المحامي ناصر بقاعين.
- مصطفى الرواشدة .
- محمود الصرايرة .
وجميعهم من الكرك .

وكل المعتقلين المذكورين اعلاه او ممن لا نعرف عنهم قد اعتقلوا  لمشاركتهم في انشطة تضامنية مع العراق ورفض العدوان عليه .

الرجاء ارسال رسائل احتجاج الى العناوين ادناه والمطالبة ب:

اولا: الافراج عن جميع المعتقلين، واطلاق الحريات العامة وحرية الرأي والتعبير في الاردن.

ثانيا: التوقف فورا عن مضايقة وملاحقة الناشطين الوطنيين والسياسيين، وخصوصا اولئك المعنيين بقضايا مقاومة التطبيع ونصرة العراق والحريات العامة.

ثالثا: التوقف فورا عن التضييق على منظمات المجتمع المدني، والتوقف عن تهديدها، وعلى رأسها النقابات المهنية.

رابعا: الغاء القوانين المؤقتة التي اصدرت في غياب البرلمان، وهي القوانين التي قيدت بشكل هائل حرية الرأي والتعبير والتجمع في الاردن.

Ibrahim Alloush arrested today, and the arrest of many others during the past two weeks

Yesterday evening, Dr, Ibrahim Alloush recieved a telephone call from the security agencies demanding him to appear before them this mourning. A thing he did as from 9:00am today. He is still NOT released until this very minute. It is well known that Dr. Alloush is an activist against the US agression on Iraq, and against Normalization with the Zionist entity.

A complaint has been filed this evening to the Arab Organization for Human Rights in Jordan to follow-up on this matter.

Also, Fawwaz Zrueikat, the member of the Mobalization Committee for the Defence of Iraq is still detained for 3 weeks now running.

On another development, the Higher Committee of the Jordanian National Opposition Political Parties has filed a complaint to the Arab Organization for Human Rights in Jordan about the arrest of many activists. The complaint stated that "on 1:00am after midnight of Wednesday 19/3/2003, the security forces has arrested the following:

1. Dr. Isam Al-Khawaja, Member of the Political Board of the Popular Union Party from Amman.
2. Ibrahim Al-Yamani, Member of the Shura Council of the Islamic Action Front (IAF) from Amman.
3. Yousef Al-Liddawi, Member of the General Secretary Office of Nationalist Popular Movement Party from Amman.
4. Khalil Al-Sayyed, Member of the Jordanian People s Democratic Party from Amman.
5. Anas Dweikat, Member of the Jordanian Arab Democratic Ba ath Party (JADBP) from Amman.
6. Khaled Freihat, Meber of JADBP from Ajlun.
7. Firas Al-Kayed, Member of JADBP from Jerash.
8. Tayseer Mustafa Shroof, Member of the Executive Board of Al-Hussein Youth Club from Amman.
9. Naser Ibrahim Al-Sareesi, Member of the Executive Board of Al-Baq a Club from Baq a.
10. Aref Ahmad Sidki, Imam of Al-Maydan mosque from Al-Sult.
11. Hasan Al-Basyooni, Member of IAF from Amman.
12. Hisham Odeh, Member of IAF from SOuthern Amman.
13. Dr. Moh md Ghneim.
14. Khaleel Badra.
15. Sameer Sosa.

The complaint also referred to the presence of many unknown prisoners from different areas in Jordan.

Also, Naser Bakaeen, Mustafa Al-Rawashdeh, and Mahmood Al-Sarayra, were arrested on the evening of Saturday 22/3/2002 from Kerak.

All those stated above, and many others whom we dont know about were arrested for participating in Solidarity events with Iraq and against the US Imperialist agression.

Please send protest letters to the following addresses demanding the following:

1- The unconditional release of all those arrested, and demanding freedom of _expression and assembly in Jordan.

2- The immediate STOP of harassing anti-normalization, anti-War, liberties and human rights activists.

3- The immediate stop of threats to civil society institutions, especially the Union of Professional Associations.

4- The immediate withdraw of ALL temporary laws issued in the absence of Parliament.
