بتمكين من الولايات المتّحدة و بدعمها ، تجويع الفلسطينيّين في غزّة : " نتيجة مباشرة للسياسة الإسرائيليّة المُعلنة "

اليوم ، يقف العالم بأسره موقف المتفرّج وهو يشاهد مجاعة غير ضروريّة تضع ما لا يقلّ عن مئات الآلاف من البشر في مواجهة خطر الجوع .
و لا يُعزى الأمر إلى أنّه ليس هناك غذاء . فالغذاء متوفّر ، مرصوف في شاحنا بالضبط خارج المكان الذى تجتاحه المجاعة.
و لا يُعزى إلى أنّه لا يوجد من يوزّع الغذاء . فالمتطوّعون للقيام بذلك متوفّرون أيضا هناك – رغم أنّ العديد منهم يتعرّضون للقتل بسبب القصف الكبير و العشوائي المستمرّ لقطاع غزّة كلّ يوم .
و صور الأطفال الذين يبكون مطالبين بالغذاء ترد من هناك أيضا – ما من أحد بوسعه قول إنّه ليس على علم بما يجرى.
المشكل هو الحصار الذى فرضته إسرائيل – و دعّمته الولايات المتّحدة – و تسبّب في ما يُعرف الآن بأسوأ وضع تجويع في العالم ... وضع يؤدّى بسرعة إلى مجاعة كبرى و جوع جماعي .
تقرير إسرائيلي يفضح المجاعة المفروضة :
في 8 جانفي 2024 ، صدر تقرير لمنظّمة حقوق إنسان إسرائيليّة بتسلام ( B’Tselem) (1) – مصدر أخبار إسرائيلي
لحقوق الإنسان في الأراضي المحتلّة – عنوانه " إسرائيل تُجوّع غزّة " . و قد وثّق التقرير أنّ " الجوع في غزّة ليس نتيجة جانبيّة للحرب بل هو نتيجة مباشرة للسياسة الإسرائيليّة المعلنة " ( التشديد في النصّ الأصليّ ).
و هذه التأكيدات و الإستشهادات هنا مستقاة من و موثّقة في تقرير بتسلام (2).
- بعدُ كانت غزّة تتخبّط في أزمة إنسانيّة قبل الحرب ، أساسا بفعل احصار الإسرائيليّ الذى دام لأكثر من 17 سنة . فحوالي 80 بالمائة من السكّان كانوا يعوّلون على المساعدة الإنسانيّة . و حوالي 44 بالمائة من العائلات كانت تعرف عدم الأمن الغذائيّ و 16 بالمائة أخرى كانت تتعرّض إلى الإنعدام التام للأمن الغذائيّ . و الآن ، فقط نسبة من كمّية الغذاء الذى كان يدخل إلى قطاع غزّة قبل الحرب يُسمح بدخوله .
- لقد دمّرت إسرائيل تدميرا منهجيّا قُدرة الناس في غزّة على إنتاج الغذاء . " معظم الحقول الفلاحيّة جرى تدميرها ، و حتّى التوجّه إلى المناطق المفتوحة أثناء الحرب أمر محفوف بالأخطار على أيّ حال . و المطاحن و المصانع و المخازن تعرّضت للقصف أو الإغلاق جرّاء النقص في التموينات الأساسيّة و الوقود و الكهرباء ."
- الآن ، " كلّ شخص في غزّة يشهد الجوع . فحوالي 2.2 مليون إنسان بالكاد يعيشون يوميّا على تقريبا لا شيء ، روتينيّا يبقون دون أكل و لو وجبة واحدة . و البحث اليائس عن الغذاء لا يتوقّف و عادة ما يمنى بالفشل ، ما يترك كامل السكّان – بمن فيهم المواليد الجد و الأطفال ، و النساء الحوامل و النساء الراعيات للأطفال و المسنّين – يواجهون الجوع " . و إذا تواصل الوضع ، مع 7 فيفري 2024 ما لا يقلّ عن واحد من أربعة من سكّان غزّة – أكثر من 500 ألف شخص – " سيواجهون نقصا حادا في الغذاء ، و الجوع و الإعياء " .
- و القليل من الغذاء الذى يدخل إلى غزّة من العسير جدّا توزيعه بإعتبار القصف المتواصل بالقنابل ، و الطرقات المدمّرة، و القطع المتكرّر للمواصلات ، و المآوى تعجّ بمئات آلاف المهجّرين المتزاحمين في مناطق آخذة في الضيق أكثر فأكثر .
ما وراء الجرائم ضد الإنسانيّة : نظام إجرامي يحتاج إلى الإطاحة به في أقرب وقت ممكن :
لقد أوضح قادة إسرائيل في أفعالهم و بياناتهم (3) أنّ هدفهم هو القصف بالقنابل و ترهيب و تعذيب و تجويع و سحق و ترحيل الشعب الفلسطيني من أراضيه الوطنيّة ، من نهر الأردن إلى البحر الأبيض المتوسّط . و قد ورد في تقارير كثيرة أنّ بادين تشاجر مع حكّام إسرائيل ، و أنّه أصدرتحذيرا مزيّفا بصدد بعض الجرائم الأفظع لإسرائيل ، و مضى بالتوازي في رفع التمويل الكبير و المساعدة العسكريّة لإسرائيل بما في ذلك إرساله لإسرائيل لأكثر من 5000 قنبلة تزن طنّا وهي من بعض الأسلحة الأكثر تدميرا على وجه الأرض .(4) و لم يحرّك بايدن ساكنا لإيقاف هذا التجويع الرهيب الذى يحصل مجدّدا على مرأى و مسمع من الكوكب بأكمله .
تعذيب إسرائيل – و أجل تعذيب أمريكا – و تجويعهما للفلسطينيّين في غزّة لا يمكن القبول به بتاتا . فهناك حاجة إلى المزيد و المزيد من المقاومة من كافة أنحاء المجتمع لهذه الجرائم المقترفة بإسمنا . و إلى جانب ذلك ، يجب أن توجد نظرة أعمق بكثر ليف يرتبط هذا بالجرائم الأخرى التي تقترفها أمريكا ( و قد إقترفتها ) حول العالم ... و الأسباب الأعمق ... و ما يجب القيام به بجدّية لوقفه .
و هناك مكان تنطلقون منه في ذلك : التعمّق في و نشر هذا المنشور من بوب أفاكيان .

هوامش المقال :
1- نتسلام منظّمة إسرائيليّة ملتزمة ب " مستقبل تُضمن فيه حقوق الإنسان و الحرّية و المساواة لجميع البشر الذين يعيشون هنا ، الفلسطينيّون و اليهود على حدّ سواء " . وهي منظّمة تُصدر تقاريرا عن حقوق الإنسان في إسرائيل موثّقة جيّدا و تذكرها منشورات كجريدة " النيويورك تايمز " ، و " الواشنطن بوست " و " السى أن أن ".
2- إستقى تقرير بتسلام معلوماته من تقرير مؤرّخ في 21 ديسمبر 2023 صدر عن التصنيف المرحلي للأمن الغذائي المندمج (IPC) و لجنة مراقبة المجاعة ( FRC ) بشأن الوضع في غزّة . و قد إستقى ذلك التقرير ما ورد به من عمل خبراء بارزين قاموا بمراجعة ذلك التقرير . و منظّمة بتسلام مموّلة من طرف حكومات الإتّحاد الأوروبي و أستراليا ، و مانحين من المملكة المتّحدة و الولايات المتّحدة .
3- صرّح ما يسمّى برئيس إسرائيل " المعتدل " ، إسحاق هرزوك ، لمّا شنّت إسرائيل هجومها الإبادي الجماعي على غزّة، بأنّ " أمّة كاملة هناك هي المسؤولة " . و ذكر الوزير الأوّل لإسرائيل نتنياهو ( نتن – النازي ) قصّة توراتيّة حيث تعاليم " الإلاه " للإسرائيليّين هي مهاجمة عدوّهم " و التدمير الكلّي لكلّ ما يملكه . لا ترحموهم ، أقتلوا الرجال و النساء ، و الأطفال و الرضّع ، البقر و الغنم ، و الجمال و الحمير " . و تصريحات إباديّة جماعيّة أخرى من الأصوات الأكثر تأثيرا في السياسات و وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيليّة هي أسوأ من ذلك حتّى .
4- في شريط فيديو لجريدة النويورك تايمز ( 21/12/2023) ، جرى تفصيل كيف كانت إسرائيل تلقى القنابل التي تزن الواحدة طنّا على غزّة وهي من أكثر الذخائر الحربيّة تدميرا ضمن الذخائر العسكريّة الغربيّة . و شخّصت التايمز أنّ في ما لا يقلّ عن 200 مناسبة إستخدمت إسرائيل هذه الذخائر – التي كانت تفز حفرا كبيرة في ألرض الواقع عليها – في مناطق صدرت أوامر للمدنيّين بالتوجّه إليها . و عندما سُئل عن تفسير ذلك ، قال ناطق باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي إلى جريدة النيويورك تايمز ، " أسئلة من هذا القبيل سيُنظر فيها لاحقا " . منذ 7 أكتوبر ، أرسلت الولايات المتّحدة أكثر من 5000 قنبلة وزن الواحدة منها طنّا إلى إسرائيل .
