حرب إسرائيل – الولايات المتّحدة في غزّة : خشية " نكبة " ثانية و نهائيّة : واقعيّة أسسها صلبة – و ليست ذعر و مبالغة

" إنّها نكبة جديدة "
- فلسطيني مهجّر من دياره في الضفّة الغربيّة محيلا على طرد 700 ألف فلسطيني من أراضيهم سنة 1948 لمّا تأسّست إسرائيل . (1)
" خطّة إسرائيل هي تحطيم غزّة و جعلها غير قابلة للحياة فيها و فاقدة لمقوّمات الحياة . على الدوام كان هدف إسرائيل منع شعبنا من العودة إلى أرضه " .

عبر فلسطين – في غزّة و الضفّة الغربيّة المحتلّة – يحذّر الفلسطينيّون من أنّ غسرائيل تخوض حربا هدفها " نكبة " جديدة ، و إبادة جماعيّة جديدة لتهجير هم من ديارهم و وطنهم ، و تحطيمهم كشعب .
و هذه الخشية من " نكب " ثانية و نهائيّة ليست ذعرا بل هي واقعيّة أسسها صلبة ، قائمة على ماقامت به إسرائيل قبلا و تقوم به – بدعم من الولايات المتّحدة – الآن .
سنة 1948 ، تأسّست غسرائيل على يد قادة حركة عنصريّة و يهوديّة تفوّقيّة ، صهيونيّة . و قد ساندهم إمبرياليّو الولايات المتّحدة و قوى أخرى . و في تلك الفترة أطلق هؤلاء الصهاينة موجة كبرى من العنف و الإرهاب ضد الفلسطينيّين الذين كانوا يقطنون تلك الأرض لقون . و حوالي 750 ألف – أكثر من 80 بالمائة من السكّان في ما صار دولة إسرائيل – طُردوا أو فرّوا و أضحوا لاجئين . و قرابة 400 مدينة و قرية فلسطينيّة جرى إمّا تدميرها أو إعادة إعمارها من مستوطنين يهود و نُسبت لها أسماء عبريّة . و يسمّى الفلسطينيّون ذلك " النكبة " – الكارثة . (3)
و الآن بالذات ، " نكبة " ثانية و ربّما نهائيّة – غبادة جماعيّة – تنفّذ عمليّا على عدّة جبهات و تتصاعد وتيرتها . و نحن نخطّ هذا المقال :
أكثر من 27.513 فلسطيني و فلسطينيّة بمن فيهم 11.500 طفل ( أنظروا " حكومتكم تقتل و تتسبّب في إعاقات و صدمات لعشرات الآلاف من الأطفال الأبرياء في غزّة ... ماذا أنتم فاعلون بهذا الصدد ؟ " ) ، قد قُتلوا بعدُ ، و 66.287 جُرحوا و 8 آلاف من سكّان غزّة مفقودون . (4) إنّ إسرائيل تقترف فظائعا شبيهة بالفظائع النازيّة و ترتكب جرائم حرب ضد الإنسانيّة كّ يوم – إعدامات جماعيّة ، و إغتيالات مبرمجة و إيقافات جماعيّة و تعذيب .
و حتّى أكثر تعبيرا – بشكل منهجيّ تدمّر إسرائيل إمكانيّة الحياة في غزّة . فقد دمّرت معظم مباني غزّة و بنيتها التحتيّة و أراضيها الفلاحيّة . و أجبرت أكثر من مليونين من سكّان غزة – أكثر من 90 بالمائة من السكّان – على مغادرة ديارهم . و العديد منهم هُجّروا ثلاثة أو أربعة أو حتّى خمسة مرّات منذ بداية الهجوم الإسرائيليّ في 7 أكتوبر 2023 .
و يدافع حكّام إسرائيل بسفور عن التطهير العرقيّ و الإبادة الجماعيّة ! و قد ورد في تقرير لجريدة الواشنطن بوست ( " نداءات إسرائيل إلى التطهير العرقي لغزّة تتعالى أكثر فأكثر " ) أنّ في الأسبوع الأوّل من شهر جانفي 2024 " ظهر برلماني من حزب الليكود ، حزب نتنياهو ، على شاشة قناة تلفزيّة و قال إنّه من الجليّ لمعظم الإسرائيليّين أمّ " كلّ سكّان غزّة يحتاجون إلى أن ندمّرهم " . ثمّ صرّحت السفيرة الإسرائيليّة في بريطانيا لإذاعة محلّية بأنّه ما من حلّ آخر لبلدنا سوى تسوية " كلّ مدرسة و كلّ مسجد و كلّ مسكن " في غزّة بالأرض لتفكيك البنية العسكريّة لحماس ".(5)
إرسال الناس نحو رفح – الإعداد لتهجير جماعيّ ؟
تتصاعد وتيرة الإبادة الجماعيّة الإسرائيليّة المدعومة من الولايات المتّحدة . فقد جعلت إسرائيل من غزّة غير قابلة للحياة بقصفها العشوائي الذى لا يتوقّف و إرهابها العنيف ضد الشعب الفلسطيني ، وهي تمنع عنه عمدا الغذاء و الماء الصالح للشراب و تدمّر المباني في غزّة و البنية التحتيّة هناك . و قد قالت لسكّان غزّة أنّهم سيكونوا آمنين إذا أخلوا الأماكن و توجّهوا إلى الجنوب ، و فعل ذلك مليون فلسطيني ، زهاء نصف سكّان غزّة ، ليبُعدوا مجدّدا و أكثر فأكثر إلى الجنوب . و قد تكدّس حوالي 1.25 مليون فلسطيني في رفح ، وهي مدينة على حدود غزّة مع مصر عدد سكّانها قبل الحرب كان أكثر من 200 ألف نسمة .
و الآن ، في فيفري 2024 ، جاء في تقرير أنّ وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي توجّه إلى فيالقه قائلا ، " إنّنا ننهى المهمّة في خان يونس و سنتوجّه إلى رفح كذلك " . و حديثا ، حذّر الوزير الأوّل نتنياهو قائلا ، " معظم الكتائب المتبقّية توجد في جنوب قطاع غزّة و في رفح و سنتعاطى معها " . و قد يكون هذا الهجوم قد بدأ بعدُ : ففي 4 فيفري ، تسبّبت الضربات الجوّية الإسرائيليّة في قتل 127 إنسان عبر غزّة بما في ذلك في رفح حيث دمّرت إسرائيل برجين سكنيّين و روضة أطفال وقع تحويلها إلى مأوى مؤقّت و سيّارة .
و هذا فى منتهى الشؤم فما من ماكان باقى يلجأ إليه معظم الفلسطينيّين المهجّرين في القطاع . و إذا شنّت إسرائيل هجوما كبيرا برّا و جوّا على رفح ، يُمكن أن يُقتل المئات و ربّما الآلاف . و قد تجرى إسرائيل حسابات أنّ في مثل هذا الوضع يمكن أن تطرد قسريّا الفلسطينيّين عبر الحدود نحو مصر . و سيمثّل هذا العمل جريمة حرب كبرى و تطهيرا عرقيّا إباديّا جماعيّا للشعب الفلسطينيّ . التخطيط للإبادة الجماعيّة و الإحتفال بها : ندوة " الإستيطان يضمن الإنتصار " في القدس (7 ) :
في نهاية أسبوع 27-28 جانفي 2024 ، تمّ تنظيم ندوة كُبرى حضرها الآلاف في القدس و كانت تدعو بسفور إلى – و تحتفل بفرح ب – التطهير العرقي لكافة الفلسطينيّين من غزّة و إعادة إستيطان الإسرائيليّين لغزّة .
لم ذلك تجمّعا " هامشيّا " فقد حضره 11 وزيرا و 15 عضوا بالكنيست يمثّلون جميع الأحزاب بإستثناء واحد من المشاركين في الإئتلاف الحكومي للوزير الأوّل بنيامين نتنياهو . و تقريبا ثلث كابينت نتنياهو كان حاضرا هناك و من ضمنهم وزير الماليّة بزلال سموتريتش و وزير الأمن القومي إتمار بن غفير .
و قد أفصح صحفي قام بتغطية تلك الندوة عن التالي إلى جريدة " الديمقراطيّة الآن ! "( Democracy Now ! ): " هناك في المدخل ، علّقت خارطة كبيرة ، خارطة كبيرة جدّا تبيّن مختلف المستوطنات التي كانوا يخطّطون إلى تركيزها في قطاع غزّة ، و بعضها تماما على قرى و مدن فلسطينيّة موجودة و طبعا ، لسوء الحظّ ، دمّرها العدوان الإسرائيليّ في ألشهر الأخيرة ... بالنبسة إليّ ، شخصيّا ، أكثر ما صدمنى لم يكن مخطّط تركيز مستوطنات فحسب و إنّما أيضا واقع أنّ الناس هناك كانوا يرقصون و يغنّون ، سعداء و مبتهجين " .
دانيالا وايس ، قائدة من قادة المستوطنين ،كانت من مترئّسى الندوة . و حينما سئلت عن ما ترتئيه للفلسطينيّين ، أجابت :
" سيُغادرون . سيضطرّون إلى المغادرة . لا نعطيهم طعاما . و لا نعطيهم ماء ... سيغادرون . سيكون عليهم أن يتفرّقوا حول العالم ".
و تحدّث الوزير سموتريتش مصرّحا : " إنّنا نقيم مستوطنات في أرضنا على طولها و عرضها و نتحكم فيها و نقاتل دائما الإرهاب و نفرض ، بعون الله ، الأمن لكلّ إسرائيل . تعرفون ما هي الإجابة . دون مستوطنات ، لا وجود للأمن " .
و " على طولها و عرضها " تعنى بإختصار " من النهر إلى البحر " . و حينما رفع الناس في الولايات المتّحدة شعار " من النهر إلى البحر ، ستتحرّر فلسطين " جرى إتّهامهم بمعاداة الساميّة و التهديد بالإبادة الجماعيّة لليهود . و قد وقع التهجّم عليهم و أطردوا من شغلهم .
لكن لمّا يخطّط الإسرائيليّون و ينظّمون إنجاز عمليّات عسكريّة غايتها " التطهير العرقيّ " للفلسطينيّين الباقين ، بالكاد هناك موجة إحتجاج في الولايات المتّحدة و بالكاد تغطّى وسائل الإعلام هذه الأخبار !
تدمير مئات المباني و جعل غزّة غير صالحة للعيش بها :
الجوامع و المدارس و الأبراج السكنيّة و الأحياء السكّانيّة و مباني حكوميّة – كلّها و أكثر تمّ " محوها في دقائق " بفعل مئات عمليّات التدمير المسيطر عليه من قبل إسرائيل عبر غزّة ، حسب بحث لجريدة النيويورك تايمز ، وثّقت 33 عمليّة تدمير مختلفة مسيطر عليها سوّت مئات المباني بالأرض . و " قامت القوّأت البرّية الإسرائيليّة كذلك بتنفيذ موجة من التفجيرات المسيطر عليها غيّرت بشكل صارم المشهد في الأشهر الحديثة " ، كما جاء في تقرير التايمز .
و كانت بعض عمليّات التدمير تهدف إلى إنشاء " منطقة عازلة " إلى جانب إسرائيل ، عمليّة تدوس القانون الدوليّ فهي تعنى تقليص مساحة أراضي غزّة و منع الفلسطينيّين من العودة إلى ديارهم هناك ز " في مدينة خزاعة ، إلى جانب المنطقة العازلة شرق خان يونس ، جنوب قطاع غزّة " ، ورد في تقرير التايمز ، " تبيّن أشرطة الفيديو المسجّلة في بدايات جانفي الجنود يطلقون ألعابا ضوئيّة و يصفّقون أثناء تنفيذهم لعمليّات التدمير ". (8)
و قد جرّفت إسرائيل مناطق واسعة من غزّة بما فيها مناطق قرب الشواطئ و أراضي زراعيّة و غابات و مساكن . و قد دمّر القصف الإسرائيلي و عمليّات التجريف و التدمير ، أو ألحق أضرارا ب 360 ألف وحدة سكنيّة – أكثر من نصف مساكن غزّة و كذلك 368 مؤسّسة تعليميّة ، و 221 مكان للعبادة و ألحقت أضرارا ب 13 من 35 مستشفى في غزّة . و كشفت دراسة جديدة أنّ على الأقلّ 144 ألف مبنى في غزّة تضرّروا أو دُمّروا – أكثر من نصف مجمل مباني قطاع غزّة . (9)
إغراق الأنفاق بمياه البحر – تهديد مخزون مياه غزّة و الأراضي الزراعيّة :
منذ مدّة شرعت إسرائيل في إغراق بعض الأنفاق بغزّة بمياه البحر حتّى و إن كانت هذه الإستراتيجيا تتسبّب في كارثة بيئيّة تترك غزّة دون ماء للشرب و تدمّر القليل من الفلاحة الممكنة في أراضي غزّة . و هذا بعدُ عنصر آخر ينضاف إلى " نكبتها " الجديدة الإباديّة الجماعيّة . (10)
توسّع الإرهاب و التطهير العرقي في الضفّة الغربيّة :
منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023 ، شنّ المستوطنون الإسائيليّون حملة لاقانونيّة من العنف العنصريّ و الإبادي الجماعي و الإنتزاع القسريّ لأملاك الفلسطينيّين في الضفّة الغربيّة ، بمساعدة و مباركة قوّات الدفاع الإسرائيليّة (IDF ) . و قد تصاعدت أحداث عنف المستوطنين بسبعة أضعاف ما كانت عليه قبل ذلك – بمهاجمة المستوطنين لمنازل الفلسطينيّين و متاجرهم ، و حرق خيم الرعاة البدو ، و إطلاق النار على الفلسطينيّين و تهجير مجموعات كاملة من أراضيها . و منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023 ، قُتل على الأقلّ 382 فلسطينيّا و فلسطينيّة ، معظمهم على يد الجيش الإسرائيليّ ، و منهم أكثر من مائة طفل ، و جُرح 4250 آخرون .
و أيضا تنفّذ إسرائيل " حملة كبرى من الإعتقالات و الإيقافات العشوائيّة " في الضفّة الغربيّة ، فجرى أسر 5835 فلسطينيّا منذ 7 أكتوبر ، وفق الحقّ وهي مجموعة حقوق الإنسان مقرّها في رام الله . " و نشهد عددا من إجراءات التهجير القسريّ أيضا : تهجير أو إبعاد الفلسطينيّين من ديارهم بواسطة عنف المستوطنين و بواسطة التدمير العقابي للمنزل و مختلف الهجمات على الأملاك الفلسطينيّة " (11) .
لاحظوا : الضفّة الغربيّة أراضي منفصلة عن غزّة لا تسيطر فيها حماس و لم تشارك في هجوم 7 أكتوبر الرجعي على المدنيّين الإسرائيليّين . لذا ، إلى ماذا يُعزى قتل إسرائيل و إرهابها و مصادراتها لأملاك الفلسطينيّين في الضفّة الغربيّة ؟
إنّها " نكبة " ثانية و إبادة جماعيّة .
الولايات المتّحدة و إسرائيل – جرائم القتل الجماعي تنفيذا للإبادة الجماعيّة :
كلّ ما تقوم به إسرائيل اليوم في غزّة و الضفّة الغربيّة – و جميعه بدعم أساسا من كامل الطبقة الحاكمة الإمبرياليّة في الولايات المتّحدة – يحمل طابع الإبادة الجماعيّة وهو جزء من إستراتيجية عامة متناسقة ، كما كتبنا ، هدفها " الإبادة الجماعيّة التامة : قتل و " كسر إرادة " أو تهجير 2.3 مليون فلسطيني من غزّة ".
هذا فضح يدين لاشرعيّة النظام بأكمله ، النظام الذى ولّد هذه الفظائع و آلاف الفظائع الأخرى – الرأسماليّة – الإمبرياليّة الأمريكيّة و كلب حراستها و هجومها في الشرق الأوسط – دولة الإستعمار الإستيطاني ، إسرائيل .
و من واجبنا التصدّى بشراسة و جماهيريّا لهذه الجرائم – كجزء من مراكمة القوى و التنظّم من أجل إغتنام الفرصة النادرة للقيام بثورة حقيقيّة للإطاحة بالوحوش الإباديّين الجماعيّين الحاكمين لهذه البلاد .
