تحيين غزّة : " هذه اللحظات من اللحظات الأكثر وحشيّة في تاريخ الإنسانيّة "

" التوقيف الإنسانيّ " :
يوم السبت 16 جوان 2024 ، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أنّه نفّذ " توقيف تكتيكيّ " في الهجمات على طول طريق السبعة ميل و نصف الميل ( طريق صلاح الدين من معبر كرم أبو سالم على الحدود مع إسرائيل شمالا ، إلى المستشفى الأوروبي في خان يونس ) ، بداية من 15 جوان و يستمرّ إلى وقت غير محدّد .
و قد تعاطت وسئل الإعلام بالولايات المتّحدة تعاطيا جدّيا معه على أنّه حركة " إنسانيّة " تقوم بها إسرائيل . و قد جاء في تقرير ل NPR أنّ هدف الجيش الإسرائيليّ كان " رفع نسق دخول المساعدات إلى أنحاء أخرى من غزّة بما فيها خان يونس و المواسى و وسط غزّة " . و كتبت الأسوسييتد براس أنّ التوقّف " يمكن أن يساعد في معالجة الحاجيات الطاغية للفلسطينيّين التي ظهرت في ألسابيع الأخيرة مع غزو إسرائيل لرفح ". و قد كان هذا و لا يزال هراء – ما يسمّى ب " التوقيف " ليس شيئا آخر إلاّ محاولة كالورق الرقيق للتغطية على ما تقوم به إسرائيل عمليّا ألا وهو التجويع المنهجي للشعب الفلسطيني و تحطيم البنية التحتيّة الحيويّة المدنيّة و السعي إلى القضاء على الفلسطينيّين في غزّة كشعب – أي إبادة جماعيّة. و هذا بالكاد يمثّل صدفة أنّ هذه المناورة الخادعة أُعلنت قبل ثلاثة أيّام من التقرير الهام للأمم المتّحدة الذى يدين إسرائيل ب" جرائم حرب " و " جرائم ضد الإنسانيّة " بما فيها إستخدام التجويع كسلاح في الحرب .
و إليكم هنا نماذج من " إنسانيّة " إسرائيل تعكس ما يجرى على الأرض منذ بداية " توقّف " 15 جوان :
+ بعد يوم أو يومين ، دمّرت إسرائيل ما كان أهمّ نقطة عبور للمساعدات الإنسانيّة ، معبر رفح على الحدود بين مصر / غزّة . إستولت إسرائيل على معبر رفح في 7 ماي و أغلقته مذّاك . و الآن ، ليس يوجد صفر مساعدات فحسب تمرّ من ذلك المعبر فحسب بل حتّى إعادة تشغيله أضحت أبعد زمنيّا .
+ في 17 جوان ، قتلت القوّات الإسرائيليّة ما لا يقلّ عن تسعة فلسطينيّين بينما كانوا ينتظرون شاحنات المساعدات على طريق صلاح الدين – ذات الطريق التي عيّنتها إسرائيل في " توقّفها " !
+ في 21 جوان 2024 ، هاجمت الدبّات و المدافع الإشسرائيليّة مخيمات لاجئين في المواسى متسبّبة في قتل 25 إنسانا و جرح على الأقلّ 50 . و المواسى منطقة شاطئ مقفر عيّنتها إسرائيل على أنّها " منطقة إنسانيّة " لمليون فلسطيني و فلسطينيّة كانوا في مدينة رفح عندما إمنطلق الهجدوم على رفح في 6 ماي . وهي الآن " مسكن " ما يناهز مائة ألف لاجئ . و المواسى كان من المفترض أيضا أن تكون منطقة من المناطق التي " تستفيد " من توقيف القتال .
+ و كذلك في 21 جوان 2024 ، في جنوب المواسى فقط ، طالت الضربات الجوّية جوار مركّب الصليب الأحمر الدولي، ما تسبّب في قتل ما لا يقلّ عن 22 لاجئا كانوا يخيّمون هناك باحثين عن مكان آمن . و رئيس مسؤولي الصليب الأحمر ، وليام شومبورغ وصف انفجارات ثلاثة زعزعت المركّب ثمّ " موجة من الجرحى " قدمت تبحث عن المساعدة . " و وُجدت أكوام من القتلى ، و الدم في كلّ مكان " . و أشار شومبورغ إلى أنّ " مكتبنا هنا في رفح شأنه شأن جميع مبانينا و خدماتنا، جميعهم يحملون علامات رمز الصليب الأحمر و معروفين من كافة الأطراف ".
و تقول المنظّمات الإنسانيّة إنّ " التوقيف " أتى بالقليل إلى لا شيء من توسيع توزيع المساعدات الضروريّة بشكل إستعجالي . و في 21 جوان ، ريتشارد بيبركون ، ممثّل منظّمة الصحّة العالميّة في فلسطين صرّح ب " نحن لم نشاهد تأثيرا على التزويد بالخدمات الإنسانيّة منذ ... الإعلان الوحيد الجانب عن التوقيف التقنيّ ". و أفاد ممثّل للأمم المتّحدة أنّ " هذا بعدُ عليه أن يُترجم إلى المزيد من المساعدات تبلغ فعلا الناس ".
و في اليوم عينه ، أعلنت منظّمة أطبّاء بلا حدود أنّها غير قادرة على تقديم أيّ تزويد بمواد طبّية لغزّة منذ أفريل ، نظرا إلى " غلق معبر رفح الحدودي إثر الهجوم الإسرائيلي على جنوب غزّة في بدايات شهر ماي ، مرفوقا بشريط أحمر لا نهاية له تفرضه السلطات الإسرائيليّة ، ما جمّد بصورة دراماتيكيّة دخول المساعدات الإنسانيّة " . و بالنتيجة ، يمكن أن " توقف أو تقلّص بشكل صارم " عمليّات مساعداتها الطبّية في غزّة .
الإبادة الجماعيّة : مستمرّة و متصاعدة :
ليس فقط أنّ إسرائيل تحول دون وصول المساعدات بدلا من تسهيل دخولها . فإسرائيل كذلك تواصل حملتها في الكسر و التحطيم الجوهريّين للشعب الفلسطيني في غزّة بما في ذلك البنية التحتيّة المدنيّة على نطاق كبير حقّا .
و إليكم بعض الأشياء التي ظهرت إلى النور أو أصبحت أوضح بحدّة في الأسبوع الفارط لا غير :
إسرائيل تدمّر الفلاحة في غزّة : رغم أنّ غزّة قد إرتهنت دائما بتوريد الغذاء ، فإنّ فلاحة غزّة كانت تنتج قدرا هاما من التموين الغذائي . و في 9 جوان ، جاء في تقرير لمسؤول في الأمم المتّحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة أنّ هجمات إسرائيل و نشاطات عسكريّة أخرى قد دمّرت 57 بالمائة من المزارع في غزّة ، و كذلك ثلث البيوت المكيّفة ، و 537 من الحضائر و 256 من المخازن ، " كاسرة بشدّة " سلسلة التزويد بالغذاء في غزّة . كما إستهدفت إسرائيل المخابز و تحضير الطعام و خدمات إنتاجيّة أخرى .
إسرائيل دمّرت نظام الصرف الصحّيّ في غزّة : في 19 جوان ، برنامج البيئة التابع للأمم المتّحدة أصدر تقريرا بأنّ " معامل غزّة الخمسة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحّي قد أغلقت أبوابها و مياه المجاري تلوّث الشواطئ و المياه الساحليّة و التراب و المياه الصالحة للشرب " و " خمسة من ستّة خدمات معالجة الفضلات الصلبة في غزّة وقع تدميرها " . و المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الغذاء العالمي وصف " السياقة عبر وديان من المياه الجارية الخام " في رحلته عبر غزّة . و قد ورد في تقرير لمنظّمة العفو الدوليّة أنّ " حوالي 90-95 بالمائة من المياه المستعملة ملوّثة و غير صالحة للإستهلاك الإنسانيّ . و لا تسمح إسرائيل بنقل المياه من الضفّة الغربيّة إلى غزّة ، و مصدر المياه العذبة الوحيدة لغزّة ، الطبقة الجوفيّة الساحليّة ، لا يكفى لحاجيات السكّان وهو بصورة متصاعدة يُستنفذ بالمبالغة في إستخراجه و يلوّث بتسرّب مياه المجاري و مياه البحر . "
إسرائيل تدمّر مدن غزّة : في الأشهر ألولى للحرب ، قصفت إسرائيل بالقنابل و الدبّابات و المدافع و سوّت بالأرض ما يفترض أنّها مدينتين كبيرتين . – مدينة غزّة و خان يونس . و أكثر من مليون شخص قد فرّوا من هذه المذابح وجّهتهم إسرائيل إلى رفح . و في 6 ماي ، شنّت إسرائيل غزو رفح . و كجزء من الدعم الثابت للولايات المتّحدة للمجازر الكبرى، زعمت إدارة بايدن أنّ هذا كان " عمليّة أرضيّة كبرى " و بدلا من ذلك كانت " أكثر دقّة و محدوديّة " .
و هذه ببساطة المزيد من الأكاذيب للتغطية على الإبادة الجماعيّة .
في 21 جوان 2024 ، جاء في تقرير لجريدة النيويورك تايمز عن " معركة الأسابيع الستّة التي تركت معبرا حدوديّا حيويّا خرابا و أقسام واسعة من المدينة مدمّرة بشدّة ... و تعرض صورا من الدمار عبر رفح مشاهدا تذكاريّة لمدينتي غزّة و خان يونس أين جدّ القصف الإسرائيلي و معارك الشوارع بين القوّات الإسرائيليّىة و مقاتلى حماس في المناطق المدنيّة ما خلّف جزرا من الركام و الحُفر مكان ما كان مبانيا و طرقات . " نخشى أن تصبح المدينة غير قابلة للحياة ." ، قال أحمد الصوفي، رئيس بلديّة رفح ".
أيوخان دربشير ، باحث متقدّم في السنّ بشأن النزاع القائم في المملكة المتّحدة و في مرصد البيئة ، قال ، " في رأيى أنّ مناطقا واسعة من غزّة لن تستعيد عافيتها في غضون جيل ، حتّى بتمويل و إرادة لا حدود لهما " .( التشديد مضاف )
" مستهدفة و إستراتيجيّة " ؟ قبل الغزو ، سكّان رفح ( أساسا اللاجئين ) كانوا يعدّون أكثر من مليون نسمة . و قد ورد في تقرير مكتب الأمم المتّحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة أنّ مع 17 ماي 2024 ، لم يظلّ بمدينة رفح سوى 750 شخصا ، فالبقيّة إضطرّوا إلى مغادرة المكان بفعل الغزو الإسرائيلي ، فارين بحياتهم ليعيشوا بين الأنقاض و الخراب بلا نظاتم مياه أو تزويد قار بالغذاء .
إسرائيل تدمّر أطفال غزّة : منظّمة غوث و تشغيل اللاجئين ( الأونروا ) التابعة للأمم المتّحدة أوردت تقريرا في 15 جوان ممّا جاء فيه أنّ أكثر من خمسين ألف طفل يحتاجون الآن علاجا صحّيا فوريّا لسوء التغذية . و جاء في تقرير لمكتب الأمم المتّحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة أنّ هناك " خسائر ملحوظة في صفوف الأطفال " ( لسوء تغذية حاد ) و كذلك " نقص حيويّ في الحليب و غذاء الأطفال " .
في 20جوان نشر طبيب نفسيّ للأطفال تقريرا عن إحساس مستشري بالرعب في صفوف الأطفال و قال أنّه عندما كان يقيم حصص علاج مع الأطفال ليساعدهم على التعاطى مع الصدمات ، كانوا أحيانا " يصرخون لييُستمع إليهم ، لتجاوز أصوات المسيّرات و القنابل " . و تحدّثت أمّ عن تطلّعها لنهاية الحرب كي " أتمكّن من المضيّ إلى النوم ليلا مع طفلتى و أعدها بأنّها ستستفيق ."
و في 21 جوان 2024 ، أورد مكتب الأمم المتّحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة تقريرا عن " حوالي 625 ألف طالب و طالبة و تلميذ و تلميذة وجدوا أنفسهم خارج المدارس و المعاهد و الجامعات في غزّة منذ أكتوبر 2023 نظرا لتصعيد العدوان و مع 11 جوان ، أكثر من 7 آلاف تلميذ و طالب و 378 من العاملين بالتعليم قد قُتلوا بغزّة ".
و تحدّث الناطق الرسميّ باسم اليونيسيف ، جامس ألجار ، الموجود الآن في غزّة ، عن الأمر فقال :
" هناك حرب كلمات مستمرّة هنا . لكن علينا أن ننظر إلى الأدلّة ... لقد وصفنا هذه الحرب طوال عدّة أشهر بأنّها حرب على الأطفال . و مثل كلّ شيء هنا ، نقوم بذلك على أساس أدلّة . و لا نقوم بذلك بحثا على عنوان بارز . نفعل ذلك لأنّ من جميع النزاعات حيث تعمل اليونيساف أو جميع الجبهات ، من أفغانستان إلى اليمن إلى أوكرانيا إلى سوريا ، لم نشاهد نسبة المدنيّين الجرحى و المعوّقين و القتلى عالية مثلما هي نسبة الأطفال هنا [ في غزّة ] هذا هو السبب . الأدلّة تتحدّث بأنّ هذه الحرب حرب على الأطفال " .
و ضمن عديد الأمثلة القويّة ، يذكر ألدار أنّ :
" اليونيسيف كانت تعالج ثلاثة آلاف طفل يعانون من أخطر أشكال سوء التغذية هنا في رفح ، ثمّ حصل الهجوم العسكري على رفح ، و قد كنّا جميعا نتوسّل أن لا يحدث لكنّنا كنّا نخشى بشكل ما حدوثه . هذا المستشهد به – لا يُستشهد به ، " الهجوم العسكري المحدود " ، الهجوم المحدود الذى قاد إلى تهجير مليون إنسان ، كان يعنى أيضا أنّ مركز إستقرارنا هناك ، و معالجة ثلاثة آلاف طفل بات غير قابل للعمل في لحظة . الأطفال الذين يتلقّون علاجا فجأة تبخّروا . و الآن علينا محاولة العودة إلى تلك المجموعات من السكّان ، العودة إلى الخيم نقاط جهنّميّة ، لنعثر على هؤلاء الأطفال ، لنعثر على أسرهم ، لأنّه دون ذلك العلاج سيموتون " .
و يقدّم ألدر ذلك بينما هناك نطاق واسع من سوء التغذية في صفوف الأطفال الذين يتأثّرون بإستمرار بذلك ما يُلحق الضرربكامل صحّتهم الجسديّة و الذهنيّة بطرق شتّى ، و يقلّص إنتاجيّتهم المستقبليّة . لذا ، إضافة إلى الفظائع المباشرة و إلحاق الضرر بجيل كامل من الأطفال فذلك يُضعف بعمق شعبا بأسره – على سبيل المثال ، قدرة الشباب على رعاية المسنّين و هم يصبحون طاعنين في السنّ .
و هذا حقّا " هذه اللحظات من أكثر اللحظات وحشيّة في تاريخ الإنسانيّة " (1) . كلّ ما قامت به إسرائيل قامت به بدعم تام ( بما في ذلك مساعدة عسكريّة ضخمة ) و جوهريّا خدمة للنظام الرأسمالي – الإمبريالي للولايات المتّحدة الذى يعوّل على إسرائيل ككلب هجومه في الشرق الأوسط الإستراتيجي ، ما يجعل منها عامودا لا بدّ منه لثروة و قوّة الولايات المتّحدة .
" إنهاء المهمّة .." ماذا يعنى ؟
حديثا طلب الوزير الأوّل الإسرائيلي نتنياهو ( نتن – النازي ) حتّى المزيد من الأسلحة قائلا " أعطونا الأدوات و سننهى المهمّة ..."
فكّروا في هذا الوعد : " سننهى المهمّة ". إعتبارا لكلّ ما جدّ في الأشهر الثمانية الأخيرة ، هذا في منتهى الشؤم .
ألا يجعل هذا أكثر أهعمّية بذل الجهود كلّها لتوسيع و تعميق معارضة هذه الحرب بأكثر تصميما ؟ و ألا يجعل هذا أكثر أهمّية التعمّق في لماذا يجرى هذا ؟ و في النهاية ، ألا يجعل هذا أكثر أهمّية التفحّص الجدّي لكيفيّة تحقيق إمكانيّة وضع نهاية لهذا – في فلسطين و عبر العالم بأسره الذى يعانى الآن معاناة فظيعة من ما يقترفه هذا النظام من أمور شنيعة ؟
