بيان الاتحاد المصرى للنقابات المستقلة .....رسالة الى شعوب العالم

فى ظل الظروف العصيبة التى تمر بها مصرنا العظيمة ......وهى مرحلة انتقال تاريخى وخلاص من ربقة الفاشية والاستبداد الى مجتمع العدالة الاجتماعية والحرية السياسية والكرامة الانسانية ....فان الشعب المصرى يتعرض لهجمة شرسة من قوى الارهاب الدولى واتباعه من العملاء من جماعة الاخوان الارهابية وغيرها من جماعات الظلام والردة
والاتحاد المصرى للنقابات المستقلة يرى ان هنك بعض الحقائق الغائبة عن الراى العام الدولى عن حقيقة الاوضاع فى مصر وبناء على تلك المغالطات تبنى مواقف ضد مصر شعبا وحكومة
اولا ان ماحدث فى مصر يوم 30يونية 2013 كان ثورة شعبية حقيقية خرجت فيها ملايين الشعب تطالب باسقاط حكم جماعة الاخوان بشكل سلمى تماما مثلما خرجت فى 25 يناير 2011 وطالبت باسقاط نظام مبارك وحزبه الفاسد
ثانيا ان تدخل الجيش المصرى كان استجابة للقوى السياسية والاجتماعية التى تسعى الى بناء مجتمع مدنى ديموقراطى حقيقى
ثالثا - ان عمال مصر بتنظيماتهم الديموقراطية المختلفة وفى القلب منها الاتحاد المصرى للنقابات المستقلة شاركت وبشكل سلمى فى كل اشكال السعى نحو بناء هذا المجتمع الديموقراطى ولكن فشلت كل تلك المحاولات امام تسلط حكم جماعة الاخوان وفاشيتها ورفضها المطلق لفكرة المشاركة من قوى الشعب المختلفة فى حكم البلاد
رابعا - لكل ثورة اهدافها ...والشعب المصرى منذ25 يناير2011 وحتى30 يونية 2013 وهو يناضل وبسلمية من اجل تحقيق ما قدم من اجله الشهداء ولكن لا حرية سياسية تجسدت ولا عدالة اجتماعية تحققت ولا كرامة انسانية شعر بها المواطن المصرى
خامسا- منذ ان تولت تلك الجماعة حكم البلاد سعت جاهدة الى التمكن من مفاصل الدولة او ما عرف اصطلاحا ( بالاخونة) اى السيطرة الكاملة على مفاصل اتخاذ القرار فى كل مؤسسات الدولة عن طريق تمكين اعضاء الجماعة وحلفائها من الجماعات الدينية الاخرى_ والتى تحايلت بانشاء وهمى لكيانات حزبية شكلية لخداع الشعب بفكرة الممارسة الديموقراطية _ بهدف احكام قبضتها على المجتمع المصرى سياسيا واقتصاديا وفكريا وبهذا انتفت تمام فكرة المشاركة وسيطرت فكرة المغالبة
سادسا - لكل ممارسة سياسية نتائج على ارض الواقع .....ماهى نتائج سياسات جماعة الاخوان ؟
اجتماعيا ...ازدادت اوضاع الشعب المصرى الاجتماعية ترديا وسوء ارتفعت الاسعار وتدهورت الخدمات الاجتماعية ووحدثت ازمات فى الطاقة ( كهرباء وبترول ) وانفلات امنى كامل وفى نفس الوقت مزيد من
سيطرة رجال الاعمال من اعضاء الجماعة على المشروعات الحكومية ( تمكين سياسى واحتكار اقتصادى)
سياسيا ... تحايلت الجماعة فى تشكيل لجنة اعداد الدستور وصياغاته وخرج الدستور المصرى معيبا ومرفوضا
من كل كيانات وتنظيمات واحزاب ونقابات المجتمع المدنية ونخبته الواعية ولكن مايسمى بشرعية الصندوق المشوه بالجهل وعدم الوعى كانت الغالبة
اقتصاديا ...تراجع الاحتياطى النقدى الى 12 مليار دولار فقط اى الدخول فى مرحلة الانهيار الاقتصادى الكامل
زاد العجز فى الميزان التجارى تدهورت البورصة المصرية وتوقفت الاف المصانع عن العمل والانتاج وتم تشريد الالاف من العمال ....وفى نفس الوقت ظهرت فئة جديدة من رجال المال الاحتكاريين ولكن بانتماء دينى للجماعة دخلت فى صراع مع رجال المال من النظام السابق كل هذا من اجل احكام السيطرة الاقتصادية بصرف النظر عن اى شكل من اشكال العدالة الاجتماعية التى تلاشى حلم تحقيقها فى ظل وجود تلك الجماعة على سدة الحكم فى مصر
بالنسبة لعمال مصر وفلاحيها رفض نظام حكم الجماعة اصدار قانون الحريات النقابية وتحدى القانون الدولى فى ذلك حيث خالف الاتفاقيات الدولية التى وقعت عليها مصر فى هذا الشان ( الاتفاقية 87 لسنة 48 و الاتفاقية الدولية 98 لسنة 49 بالاضافة الى مخالفة العهد الدولى للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية )ليس هذا وفقط بل ان حجم الانتهاكات التى تعرض لها العمال المصريين فى خلال عام واحد من حكم الجماعة فاق كل معدلات الانتهاكات التى يمكن ان يشهدها اى مجتمع استبدادى فى العالم ( بالفصل التعسفى والتحويل الى التحقيق او التوقيف والاحتجازاو الخصم من الرواتب والاجور الهزيلة من الاصل ) وغير ذلك من اشكال الا نتهاكات و القمع الاجتماعى والاقتصادى والنفسى التى تعرض عمال مصر
ان الاتحاد المصرى للنقابات المستقلة يدرك تماما مدى تاثير الة الاعلام المشبوه وقدراته على تزييف الحقائق لصالح قوى الاستغلال العالمى والتى ترىفى استقلال الشعوب وتقدمها عائقا امام مشروعاتها الاحتكارية المستغلة لمقدرات الشعوب ..ومن ثم تدعم وبكل قوة انظمة الحكم الفاشية المستبدة ...ومن ثم اصبحت مصداقية ما ترفعه تلك الحكومات فى اوربا وكذا الادارة الامريكية على المحك بعد ان تكشفت الحقائق امام الشعب المصرى بل والشعوب العربية كلها ...واصبحت هناك حقيقة واحدة نراها كل يوم ان الارهاب الاسود كان الوجه الخفى لتلك الجماعة التى حكمت البلاد فى ظروف لم تتوفر فيها شروط الممارسة الديموقراطية كاملة ....وحيث ثار الشعب فى 30 يونية سقط القناع وسقط الشهداء من ابناء الشعب المصرى من جنود مصر فى جيشها وشرطتها وكذلك الابرياء من المواطنين على يد اعضاء تلك الجماعة الارهابية
ان الاتحاد المصرى للنقابات المستقلة .....يخاطب الضمير الانسانى لشعوب العالم ان تبحث عن حقيقة الاحداث فى مصر وتبحث بشفافية فيما يحدث من دعم حكومات تلك الشعوب للارهاب ...ومدى تاثير هذا الدعم الغير المبرر لقوى الظلام والرجعية على العلاقات الانسانية بين الشعوب ....اننا نسعى دائما لمد جسور التعاون على اسس من الشفافية والمصداقية من اجل بناء مجتمعات انسانية تنعم بالحرية وتحيا بعدالة وتعيش بكرامة ...وسنناضل من اجل هذا ....بارادة صلبة صنعتها حضارتنا الانسانية عبر الاف السنين
عاش نضال الطبقة العاملة..............عاش نضال الكادحين
المجد للشهداء .......والعار للارهابيين الخونة والعملاء.....والنصر لثورة الشعب

Declaration for
Egyptian Federation of autonomous trade -union-s
Dated : 24 August 2013

In the difficult circumstances being experienced thru our great transition period of Egypt which suffers the salvation of fascism and tyrannies to the community of social justice , political freedom and human dignity.
The Egyptian people are exposed to fierce attacks from the forces of international terrorism and its followers of brotherhood group and other bands of darkness and apostasy

As the Egyptian Federation of independent trade -union-s felt that some facts missing from international public opinion about the real situation in Egypt which creates those fallacies attitudes against the people and the temporarily Government of Egypt which exert the utmost efforts to transfer people of Egypt to the shores of freedoms , dignity and social justice

first of all
to clarify what happened in Egypt on 30 June 2013 (was a
Real where the popular revolt in which millions of people came out for a real demands to overthrow peacefully the Brotherhood sway just as it irrupted on January 25Th. 2011 and called for the overthrow of Mubarak and his corrupted party

Secondly
the Egyptian army trouble-shooting was in response to the political and social forces that seek to build genuine democratic civil society in Egypt

thirdly:
Egypt by their workers and democratic organizations and as the Egyptian Federation of independent trade -union-s
Is the heart of this concert, participated peacefully and and was hardly seeking that democratic society but all those attempts failed cause of totalitarianism and fascism of Brotherhood group and their absolute rejection of the idea of participation of the various divisions in governing the country

Fourthly:
There are Goals of every revolution and there fore the Egyptian people since 25 January 2011 until 30 June 2013 was struggling peacefully for the sake of that goals and for the martyrs those been perished for the same goals
but finally neither political freedom embodied nor social justice and human dignity are felt by the Egyptian people

Fifthly:
since the Group ruled the country endeavored to enable State´-or-joints known as (brother ism ) which aiming for full control over decision-makers in all joints of all State institutions through enabling
The brotherhood community members and their allies from other religious groups _ which circumvented by creating a fictitious and formalism entities of Parties to fool Egyptian people with the idea of practicing the democracy
to tighten on Egyptian politically society , economically and intellectually so the idea of participation was not fully mastered instead the idea of tussling was dominating

Sixthly :
for each political exercise it has got results on the ground.
What are the consequences of the policies of the
brotherhood?
Socially ...The Egyptian s social conditions has been collapsed as per price inflating ,social services crisis in energy (electricity and gas) and complete security breakdown ,at the same time more control of the business men belong to the group s members on government projects ( by political empowerment and economic monopoly)
As per politically They have Circumvented the community by shaping the Constitution Committee who was accountable for Egyptian Constitution wording which was finally Discreditable and was rejected by all entities , elites, organizations, political parties ,civil society and all trade -union-s associations

and what is called legitimate of defaced Ballet box who caused the Fund distorting by ignorance and lack of awareness have been dominant economically as the Cash reserves fell to -$- 12 billion just about to be at the
Entry of full economic collapsing meanwhile the increasing of the trade deficit deteriorated the Egyptian stock exchange finally
Tie up thousands of factories and production of workers have been displaced and expelled

At the same time there was emerging of new class of the monopolizers of entrepreneurs
who affiliated to the brotherhood group
they entered into a conflict with the monopolizers of the former regime, all this was for economic control only regardless of any form of social justice where the dream of it was faded in presence of that powerful group who was ruling Egypt
and as per Egyptian workers ,farmers and planters the group ruling system deny
The law of trade -union-
freedoms and defy international law where that was a breach of international conventions signed by Egypt i (Convention No.87 for 87 year
And International Convention 98 for49year
And in addition to violating the International Confiding
of economic and social
Rights)
Violation of Egyptian workers rights during one year thru ruling of that group exceeded all possible violations rates in an authoritarian society in the world (with unfair dismissal ,transfer to official Interrogations , been arrested´-or-suspended ,punished by deductions of meager wages and salaries and other forms of social ،economic
And psychological repression
All above was the daily life of
most Egyptian workers

Federation of independent trade -union-s is fully aware of the impact of the machine of suspected media
and its capacity to falsify the facts in favour of strong global exploitation who try to drag back The independence and progress of peoples
as this is the main barriers
Preventing them monopolizing the potentialities
of peoples
So this machine for its own interest support the all-powerful fascist and authoritarian regimes.
And then the credibility that it submits that Governments in Europe and the US Administration is at stake after revelations of facts in front of the Egyptian people and the whole Arabic peoples ...And there is one reality we see every day that black terror had hidden face of that group that ruled the country in circumstances where there are No conditions for the practice of democracy. ...And where the people rose in June 30, the mask was dropped down
When killing the martyrs of the Egyptian people which presented by army soldiers and police soldiers as well as innocent citizens all killed by members of the terrorist group
that the Egyptian Federation of independent trade -union-s.Speaking to the conscience of the peoples of the world to look for events in Egypt and search the transparency of how their Governments are supporting terrorism.
And the impact of this unjustified support for the forces of darkness and retro-human relations among peoples.
We always strive to build bridges of cooperation based on transparency and credibility to build human communities enjoy freedom and live justly and to live with dignity.And we will fight for this ....
by our Solid determination which been made by our civilized humanity of our probe since over a thousands years,

glory to the martyrs ... ....And shame on the traitors and terrorists ....The victory of the people s revolution
