يجوز شرعآ دفن الكلب والحيوان والمرأة وغير المسلم مع المسلم

وصلنى سؤالين عبر الواتساب الأول من العميد / محمد محمود من مصر يسأل ويقول لماذا لا يجوز شرعا دفن كلبى وزوجتى معى فى قبرى كما قال لى المشايخ فما العلة والضرر فى ذلك ؟ كما وصلنى سؤال آخر من الدكتور احمد الصيرفى يقول فيه لى صديق أنتيم مسيحى واقرب الناس لى ونتمنى أن ندفن سويا بقبر واحد لكن أحد كبار المشايخ قال لى هذاحرام دون ان يوضح لى الأسباب فما هى علة التحريم ؟
وللإجابة على السؤالين نقول :- أنه لا يوجد أى مانع شرعى من دفن الكلاب أو أى حيوان مع الإنسان فى ذات القبر فاهل الكهف بالقرآن دفنوا ومعهم كلبهم بقدر من الله كما أن الملائكة دخلت عليهم وعلى كلبهم ؛؛ مع العلم بأن كل الأحاديث الواردة عن نجاسة الكلب هى بالكامل أحاديث مزورة على سيدنا النبى ص ونتحدى أن ياتينا أحد بسند كامل لأيا منها أو مصدر موثق لأيا منها؛؛ كما أنه لا يوجد مانع شرعى فى دفن الرجال والإناث معا حتي لو كانوا أغراب أو أجانب؛؛ كما أنه يجوز دفن المسلمين مع غير المسلمين لعدم وجود مانع شرعى من القرآن الكريم أو الأحاديث الصحيحة يمنع كل ماسبق ومن يقول من المشايخ بالتفريق هو شخص جاهل يتصور أن الخلط فى المقابر بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين ضرر للمسلمين وكأن الله حاشا له قد يخطئ ويأخذ المسلم علي انه من غير المسلمين فهذا فقه العبث والمتخلفين عقليا ولا يوجد قرآن أو حديث صحيح يحرم ذلك كما أن من يرفض من المشايخ دفن الرجال مع النساء الأجنبيات عنه بعلة الحرمة والفتنة نقول له وننصحه عليك أن تراجع طبيب نفسى فورآ قبل أن تصل للجنون؛؛ فما يضير الشاة سلخها بعد ذبحها كما يقول المثل العربى فبعد الموت لا فتنة ولا تحرش ولا جنس ولا حياة يا اذكى اخواتك؛؛ ولا يوجد عذاب قبر لأن الله لن يعذب أحدآ قبل يوم الحساب أى لا عذاب بدون حساب ولا يوجد غير يوم حساب واحد فى الأخرة وعشرات الأيات تدلل على ذلك بوضوح مثل قوله تعالى فى سورة ياسين ( قَالُواْ يَٰوَيْلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ ﴿٥٢﴾ فبعد نفخة يوم القيامة والحساب قال الأموات بعد صحوتهم من بعثنا من مرقدنا هذا يعنى الناس الأموات كانوا راقدين فى هدوء لم يضجع أو يعكر أو يزعج صفو منامهم أحدآ منذ أن ماتو وللاسف لدينا حوالى 90٪ من فقهنا مخالف لشرع الله لذا أقول لهؤلاء المشايخ كيف واتتكم الجرأه للكذب على الله الم تقرأوا قوله تعالى فى سورة الانعام ( وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا ) وقول سيدنا النبي ص ( من كذب عليا متعمدآ فليتبؤ مقعده من النار)؛؛ فحسابكم عند الله عسير وهل عجزتم ايها المشايخ الأحياء عما فهمه الأموات؛؛؛؛ لاحول ولا قوة إلا بالله !!!!

It is legally permissible to bury a dog, animal, woman, and a non-Muslim with a Muslim

I received two questions via WhatsApp, the first from Brigadier General/ Mohamed Mahmoud from Egypt. He asks and says why is it not legally permissible to bury my dog and my wife with me in my grave, as the sheikhs told me, so what is the reason and the harm in that? I also received another question from Dr. Ahmed Al-Serafy, in which a friend says to me, “You are Christian, and the closest people to me, and we hope that we will be buried together in one grave, but one of the senior sheikhs said to me: This is forbidden without explaining to me the reasons. So what is the reason for the prohibition?”
To answer the two questions, we say: “There is no legal impediment to burying dogs´-or-any animal with a person in the same grave. The people of the cave with the Qur’an were buried with their dog, as decreed by God, just as the angels entered upon them and their dog” Knowing that all the hadiths reported about the uncleanness of a dog are entirely forged hadiths about our master the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Also, there is no legal impediment to burying men and women together, even if they are strangers´-or-strangers It is also permissible to bury Muslims with non-Muslims, because there is no legal impediment. From the Holy Qur’an´-or-authentic hadiths, all of the foregoing is prohibited. And whoever says of the sheikhs to differentiate is an ignorant person who imagines that mixing in cemeteries between Muslims and non-Muslims is harmful to Muslims, as if God forbid him may make a mistake and take a Muslim for himself. From non-Muslims, this is the jurisprudence of absurdity and the mentally retarded, and there is no Qur’an´-or-authentic hadith that forbids that, just as the sheikhs refuse to bury men with foreign women on the grounds of sanctity and sedition. What harms a sheep if it is flayed after its slaughter, as the Arabic proverb says, after death there is no sedition, no harassment, no sex, no life, O the smartest of your sisters;- And there is no torment in the grave, because God will not punish anyone before the Day of Judgment, meaning there is no torment without reckoning, and there is only one day of reckoning in the Hereafter, and dozens of verses clearly indicate that, such as the Almighty’s saying in Surah Yasin: “They said, ‘Woe to us!’ And the messengers were truthful (52) Then after the murmur of the Day of Resurrection and Judgment, the dead said after their awakening from our resurrection from this shrine. I mean, the dead people were lying quietly, and no one slept´-or-disturbed´-or-disturbed their since they died, and unfortunately we have what I say about 90% of God’s law. To these sheikhs, how did you have the courage to lie to God? Did you not read the Almighty’s saying in Surat Al-An’am (And who is more unjust than he who forged a lie about God) and the saying of our Master the Prophet, peace be upon him, (He who deliberately lied to me, let him take his seat from the fire of the living God Understood by the dead; There is neither might nor power except with God!!!!
