حمادة جبر ناشط سياسي فلسطيني ولد في القدس. يحمل شهادة الماجستير في "الدراسات الأمنية وبناء السلام" من كلية العلوم الساسية في جامعة "روما تري" في ايطاليا عام 2011. حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال من الجامعة العربية الأمريكية في فلسطين عام 2006. ويعمل الآن مديراً للمشاريع في المركز الفلسطيني للبحوث السايسية والمسحية.
السيد جبرناشط سياسي ومؤسس مشارك وعضو مجلس إدارة متطوع في مؤسسة الدولة الواحدة. كذلك شارك في عشرات البرامج التدريبية، ورشات العمل، برامج تبادل ثقافي ومؤتمرات في فلسطين وخارجها. في 2019 إختاره الإتحاد الأوروبي لإستضافته في بروكسل في برنامجه المصمم للقادة الشاب والمؤثرين من دول خارج الإتحاد الأوروبي للتعرف على مؤسسات الإتحاد والالتقاء بصناع القرار هناك.

Hamada Jaber is a Palestinian was born in Jerusalem in 1983. Mr. Jaber holds a master degree in Peacekeeping & Security Studies from the Faculty of Political Science in Roma Tre University, 2011, Italy. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Arab American University, 2006, Palestine. Now, he is working as Projects Manager in the Palestinian Center for Policy & Survey Research (PSR) which is an independent nonprofit institution and think tank of policy analysis and academic research. PSR was founded with the goal of advancing scholarship and knowledge on immediate issues of concern to Palestinians in three areas: domestic politics and government, strategic analysis and foreign policy, and public opinion polls and survey research.
Mr. Jaber is also a political activist and co-founder and a volunteer board member in One State Foundation (OSF), a foundation that officially established in 2017 in Netherlands and has a Palestinians, Israelis and International members and supporters to promote one state solution among Palestinians and Israelis and the international actors as well through media campaigns and to unify all the groups and the individuals whom support one state solution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Recently, he published a Critical Policy Paper through the Palestinian Center for Policy & Survey Research (PSR) in Ramallah, titled: “Palestinians Taking the Initiative: Dissolve the PA and Embrace a One-State Solution Strategy… Now “.
Mr. Jaber has also participated in dozens of training programs, workshops in political issues locally and abroad, in addition to cultural exchange programs. In 2019, Mr. Jaber was chosen and invited to Brussels by the European ----union---- to participate in the European ----union---- Visitors Programme which is designed for promising young leaders and opinion-moulders from countries outside the European ----union----. And upon an invite from the Chinese “National Institute for Global Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” participated in an International Forum on “China’s 70-Year Development and the Construction of the Community with a Shared Future for Humankind” in Shanghai, China, 2019.
